TrustpilotProfessional service
I have been using prospect since 2013 to manage my property. Beckie Baxter is my first point of contact and I find her to be professional, quick to respond to emails and gets issues sorted promptly. She is a credit to Prospect and I’m happy with the service I’m getting.

TrustpilotAnna was great
Anna was extremely knowledgeable about the property we chose and had an answer for all our questions, from the Heating, to the parking etc. This information we found surprisingly difficult to get answers for, in comparison to other agencies. This was very helpful and made sure the moving process went smoothly.

FacebookAbsolute liars!! Kept a whole chain in the dark about the true extent of the chain length as claimed it was “in their clients best interests” it really wasn’t and now after months of being fed lies the chain collapsed due to their lies. Stay well clear of this company they will cost you time, money and health issues.

Trading with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me Mrs Victoria crypto has the best trading strategies to win. I never believed on any post recommending online trading until I gave a try and the outcome was great for me. Making $6750 out of $600 was a whole lot of profit for me. TrustpilotGreat advice and very helpful.
We rented our flat through prospect. Sasha was really helpful with giving advice regarding the moving out procedures. We had a difficult time with our landlord as he wasn't a very good one but Sasha was more than happy to help and guide us through any claims.

TrustpilotNot good at customer support…
We thought it's a best estate agents in UK but after getting frustrated experience, we are thinking it's one of worst estate agents. Their poor service and maintenance problems before handing over keys to new tenants makes us very bad and we are suffering till now and it's been a week. You won't get proper response from anyone and they will simply tell apologies. Better choose another agency if you are looking for good and better homes.

TrustpilotPoor service and worst customer experience
should not give that one star itself and have got that much frustration with Prospect and their home. They haven't done any checks before handing over the home to me and it's been a week since I am struggling to get my issues sorted. Worst service by prospect and no one is responding promptly. I don't want to name people here and please check with other agencies for good home if you are looking for your family.
