TrustpilotGreat experience
We recently sold our property with Prospect, and we were very impressed with their professional and personal approach. This is the second time we have worked with them, and both times they have provided excellent service. In the past, we have had some negative experiences with other local estate agents when looking for housing. However, Prospect has restored our faith in the industry.

TrustpilotMaidenhead office - move fast
Recently used the Maidenhead office of Prospect to rent my flat. I was told the team were fast, but they exceeded my expectations. Harrison was on the case immediately and my flat was signed up and rented within 10 days. All done with a smile and good attention to detail.

FacebookTerrible service. We were in a chain with Prospect estate agents. Paul and Beth lied to us the whole sales process about the length of the chain, right up to the day we thought we were going to exchange. After a lengthy 6 months, the sale has now fallen through. Worst estate agents I have dealt with over the years.

TrustpilotLettings team are diabolical
Lettings team are diabolical, I feel like they do everything they can do not to get any clients. Was told I was going to hear back from them and have had zero communications, honestly the worst letting experience I have ever had.

GoogleI rented my first property recently from the guys at Maidenhead and was very happy with the service. They managed to accommodate a late viewing for me and then walked me through the process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! Massive shout out to Liam who bent over backwards for us.
