Having used Prospect for just a year. I found their service to be outstanding. Beckie Baxter was our property manager and she ensured that we were well taken care of. Any issues we had was handled in a timely and efficient manner. Even when we unexpectedly needed to extend the contract, Beckie and her team leapt into action to make sure we could remain the extra time. Great service.

I have dealt with Beckie Baxter on numerous occasions whilst being a tenant, in some cases through some difficult times and most recently as I’ve extended my tenancy agreement. Beckie has always kept me informed on all matters and guided me through the documentation and also chased me (politely) when needed. Beckie is always amiable and professional ensuring that all is well with myself and the flat. It’s always a pleasure to deal with Beckie.

This is the second time I’ve used Prospect to sell a property and they didn’t disappoint. The process from Photography to Completion was speedy and efficient. Although several tricky issues arose they persevered and provided frequent updates. We loved the photos taken and felt that all agents respected the property they were selling. Always polite and knowledgable I would highly recommend them. Ryan and Nicole in particular worked so hard to achieve a successful outcome ... they were relentless!!

The overall experience with Prospect was excellent. I rented and later sold my house with Prospect. They are very professional. I used their fully managed services and they managed my property really very well. I would like to mention specifically here Mr Daniel Abreu who was really helpful during the entire selling process for my house. I would highly recommend Prospects fully managed services for anyone who’s looking to rent their house.

I am purchasing a purpose built flat for my 84 year old mother who really doesn't want to move. Had a viewing with Grace and she totally put my mum at ease, had the patience to put up with mums hearing aid not working and just made the whole viewing a pleasant experience. Really impressed with the service from Prospect, and Demi and Shaun in particular. We have just exchanged - it was a bit of a drawn out process (isn’t it always!) but I have no doubt it would have been much much longer without the tireless work of Demi and Shaun- always at the end of an email or telephone. They helped moved things along and were great at arranging extra viewings for us and accompanying builders and surveyors to keep pressure on. The communication has been fantastic throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Hopefully won’t need to move for some time (!) but if/when we do decide to move I will definitely be calling Prospect.

I recently went through a very bad time in my life, as I lost my husband very unexpectedly. Saffron and her team at Prospect were wonderful, caring, supported and helped me change everything over to my name. Then when it was time for me to move, Saffron was again there. Nothing was too much trouble and she always replied to my emails promptly. I would highly recommend her and Prospect Realty.

GoogleUnhelpful rude lettings agent. Apparently none of their Landlords like young familes because of possible wear and tear on their property. Ridiculous really (never had an issue before and hold a security deposit in the unlikely event) Avoid.
