This is the second time I have used the lettings team at Prospect. Having worked with Jordan last time, I already knew I was going to get a great service. Not only did the team find suitable tenants very quickly for me, but they were vetted well, and I was kept up to date at all times. As a new landlord I was looking to work with a team that knew what they were doing and one that I could trust. I was always kept informed of any changes and the team were super friendly and helpful. I have been very happy with the service I have received from the lettings team. When my previous tenants bought their own place, I was sad to lose good tenants, but I need not have worried, as Harrison had put my house up on the market as soon as we knew and within a week, I had secured new tenants with full reference checks and at a higher rate. I have been nothing short of impressed with the team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to use a lettings team in Maidenhead and won’t be going anywhere else!! What a fantastic team!

Saffron has been my rental manager for a while now, We have been though a few ups and downs with the apartment, eg floods in the apartment bathroom getting new tenants Maintainance and last week she orchestrated the renewal on the apartment for a further 12 months.In all this time Saffron has made things happen, and got the problems sorted ASAP, in a very upbeat and professional manor.I’m very pleased to have her as my property manager and you should be very proud to have her representing your company. I do find your charges per month high and not very happy about the maintenance deposit of my money you keep….BUT The main reason I stay with your company is Saffron. she’s a star.

We purchased a property through Prospects at the end of April. We were shown around the property by Adam who was excellent, very friendly and really earnt his commission. He was able to show us the potential in the property and we are very happy here. We then dealt with Paul, who was very helpful and friendly. We were introduced to Aimee who would oversee the sale. Aimee was excellent throughout, quick to respond and to pass messages between us and the sellers. She was always friendly and understanding.The only downside of using Prospects was the sales pitch of the conveyancing team to use their recommended solicitor. We were misled by the information given, and were told that our solicitor would be working for both the buyer and the seller which would speed the process up. We learnt that this was not the case. The solicitor that we used (Melia Mumford) needed a huge amount of chasing and created some stressful scenarios during the purchase which needed to be chased up by myself and Aimee. Overall, we had a positive experience with Prospects, but I would avoid being sucked into using their recommended solicitors and go off your own recommendations. We were first time buyers so learnt a valuable lesson! Thanks again to Aimee and the rest of the team.

We chose Prospect to sell our house and didn't regret it. They were neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but we felt they offered the best service when choosing an estate agent. The team in the office worked hard to find us buyers and our eventual buyers and we were sold quite quickly considering the Covid restrictions as well. Once we were sold, we were passed onto Aimee Smith as our transaction co-ordinator. Aimee was fantastic, even helping our sellers estate agent out to help all the paperwork get done. Whenever we needed help, or had a question, Aimee was right there for us. We cannot thank her enough. If and when we move again, other agencies would have to work hard to convince us not to use Prospect.

I had the pleasure to purchase a house advertised by Prospects and the whole team went above and beyond to help from viewing to completion. Aimee was absolutely vital to the process and she helped communication across all parties and chased daily for updates. She has been a godsend. I was also incredibly moved by the little "move in package" they prepared for us when we went to pick up the keys, which was such a lovely gesture. Nitherless to say we will definitely use them in future if we ever want to sell our property. 100% recommend them.

The initial property valuation was over priced, and there was very little interest within the first week. Following a conversation with the agent, it was agreed to reduce the price and viewings started to follow. Cameron was fantastic as the sales manager for the transaction, and Aimee really smoothed the process and ensured the transaction progressed once a sale was agreed. Both were the real stars for us, and the reason I’d use prospect again, however we advise you get multiple valuations for the property and take time to evaluate before listing. Communication from prospect was very good, regular updates on viewings with detailed feedback, and the chain was regularly updated on the progress, next steps and blockers.

Prospect Sandhurst BerkshireDavid and his team really are a huge leap away from the less than ideal reputation that a lot of estate agents earn themselves! They care about their clients, not just their commission - which is a real breath of fresh air. Connor and Matt were fantastic and so friendly, they showed us some great properties and we always knew our home was in good hands when they did viewings for us too (we loved the fact that the whole team came to familiarise themselves with our property before it was advertised).We owe David a huge amount of gratitude. He really got to know us as a family and completely understood what we were looking for. As a result, he found us our DREAM HOME. The whole team then worked tirelessly to sell our house in under 3 days (at a better than expected sale price), and supported us to secure that new house with success.Bottom line, we can't recommend Prospect Sandhurst enough - really good guys, amazing service & communication, and for us an extremely happy ending to our story!

We used Prospect after a bad experience with another local agent. Paul from the word go was up front and honest and delivered everything he said he would. Our house sold within 2 weeks! He even sent properties he thought may be of interest that were being sold through other agents!On the day we viewed the house we ended up buying I phoned the office to see if they thought it was worth worth price we were paying. Cameron spent a lot if time talking me through the prices other houses I'm that road sold for, the different in square footage compared to our property and even advise what would be a sensible offer! We have exchanged today and after an extremely stressful week, Aimee has been an absolute god send! She has been on hand to listen to me vent and dealt with issues we were having straight away! Thank you, you have made this process a lot less stressful! Wouldn't hesitate to use Prospect with any future moves!

I moved into the UK in early May, during the Pandemic, this is my first rented home out of my homeland, totally stressful! As a matter of fact, I have some negative comments on my flat, but don’t want to list them out here. My property manager is Gemma Barton, she is professional and well experienced, always so caring and understanding, I would say she is a good ambassador between myself and my landlord. She took her initiative to solve the problems, such as to ask for replacing some of the worn-out furniture for me.Gemma is indeed doing a great job in solving lots of my issues and hopefully those could be all gone very soon. Big thanks to her!

As Landlords living overseas it’s a pain when things go wrong or something needs doing. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues I encountered during the tenancy which I would have ordinary delegated to a family member to sort out.During my tenancy I switched from a rent collection service to fully managed as I was busy. This was one of the best things I could have done and Agnese has been nothing short of amazing.Details:- Gas safety inspection expired - new one obtained quickly and at a reasonable price.- Non-responsive tenant - contact established and property inspection arranged quickly.- The tenant was in significant arrears - funds collected from the guarantor.- Tenant assigned bills back to the landlord whilst the tenant was living in the property - handled correspondence timely and professionally on behalf of the landlord to ensure the liability remains with the tenant for the period they occupied the property.- Managing deposit negotiations - negotiating a mutually agreeable outcome for both parties.Without doubt I can say that Agnese’s diligence, professionalism and can do attitude is the reason I will continue to be a Prospect client. I felt the need to get the best outcome for me was no different to if I delegated to a close family member.Thank you Agnese.

I have recently rented out my property and am using Prospect to manage it whilst I have moved away.They have been excellent so far and have been very quick getting everything up and running. They are also very prompt to respond to queries and anything that needs doing in the flat. Nikki Gardner in particular has been very prompt, informative and super friendly throughout the process making my life a lot easier! I feel comfortable my property will be looked after.

Emily Sulma is my property manager. She has been extremely helpful, reliable and approachable since I moved into my new flat. She has been really great during the difficult time I had trying to sort out my blocked toilet in my bathroom. She was very quick to help solve the problem and arranged for a plumber and drainage engineer to come out and fix the issue. It was resolved quickly, promptly and efficiently. I am very grateful and appreciative of all her help to solve the situation. She also fought my corner in regards to the landlord by having my back and sticking up for me reassuring me that I wouldn’t have to pay for the issue as it wasn’t my fault. She reassured me, kept in regular contact with me and made sure I was ok and that we could get to the bottom of the problem. Emily has been a star.

I had such good service from the team at Prospect. When offered on a house before selling Beth bent over backwards to get new leads, and updated us every couple of days until she secured the offer we needed. Other agents offered us slightly cheaper rates, but having just been in a chain with those agents I can say with confidence that if Betsy hadn't gone above and beyond we wouldn't have got the transaction over the line before our deadline. Both Beth and Betsy were always happy to have a quick chat, which I really appreciated, and most importantly they got the job done.

The service I received was absolutely exceptional throughout my 2.5 years tenancy. This is all down to Julie Jacobs (property manager). Julie is undoubtedly the most professional, kind and helpful lady I could have wished for to help me through my time at a rented property. I always felt comfortable and confident that if I had an issue as a tenant I could turn to Julie and she would do her upmost to solve and find a resolution without siding with the landlady. As a tenant this meant a lot to me as I did have a tricky landlady! Julie is a asset to company and needs a pay rise ASAP!!

Moving house is always stressful, and our move in particular definitely had its ups and downs! We had been hoping for a quick and smooth move (like everyone does) and there were a few hurdles along the way with the chain that made us consider whether it was all worth it. There was one person in particular who encouraged us to stick with it, who managed to keep things positive for us, even in the most stressful days, and that was Aimee Smith.Aimee continuously went over and above for us, answering questions, keeping communication between all parties open, being available to talk through things we were unsure of, and always remaining totally professional and kind throughout. Thank Melissa for the great work!Move in to the new house a lot of stuff and repairs required. Whenever I escalated the problems needed to fix,she response promptly and follow through,until the thing done. In additional ,a follow up call and make sure the problems resolved. As a Property Manager,she did her work not only excellent but with a lot of caring and empathy. Thank God for having Prospect as my property agent and I highly recommended to my friends and someone who is looking for a professional and caring property agent.

My experience with Prospect is slightly unusual in that I didn't buy a house through them (as we decided to move our search further north). However, I was really impressed with Tom, who, through offering the opportunity for me to speak with his mortgage broker colleague, helped us increase our budget by 21%. This has massively impacted our ability to find a home we are excited by. I had previously gone through a highly reputable broker firm who were not able to access this sum. Tom was the only agent I spoke to who offered this service. If we were to look back in the Maidenhead area I would certainly look to work with Tom and Prospect.

I have been letting my property through Prospect for the last 7 years and have found them to be professional and easy to deal with at all times. I am not living in the UK so it is important that I have someone I can rely on and trust and my Property Manager Julie Jacobs has been just that person. Julie has been super efficient and kept me informed at all times. Julie has gone out of her way on many occasions to solve problems for me and negotiate on my behalf and always gives me balanced, professional advice and offers good solutions to any challenges. I would not hesitate to recommend Prospect and their excellent team to anyone looking to let their property.
