We were purchasing a property through Trinity and she was brilliant. The property was being sold via 2 different estate agents, upon several attempts to book a viewing with the other (5 months later still haven’t actually confirmed a viewing for me) I contacted coopers by accident. Within 5 minutes of that phone call, Trinity arranged for me to view within the window I requested. From start to finish she’s been in constant contact with me, with frequent updates and nothing but a pleasure, almost sad that our contact will end here.
