GoogleMe and my sister went to Coopers after a really bad experience with another agency in Maidenhead, when we were selling a property there as executors. David Head, Ella and the whole team were knowledgeable, attentive, quick, helpful and professional. Not only did they have a number of interested parties to view the property from the get go, they completed the sale quickly and efficiently. My experience of estate agents on the whole has not been good and Coopers broke the mold! Thank you!

I rented a flat in London with three friends through Coopers of London, and I would not recommend them. We experienced ongoing problems with the apartment and repeatedly contacted the agency and their contractor to get them resolved. We shared evidence, tried to arrange access and even authorised access using the agency’s management keys. Despite this, the problems were not properly fixed during our tenancy. Communication was very poor, and the agency did not respond properly to our concerns. Even after moving out, we were still dealing with unresolved issues and proposed deductions from our deposit. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking for another agency.
