GoogleWe bought a property this summer through Chancellors and thank god our estate agent at the other end had a clue what was going on, or we would still be waiting to move in! We had weekly calls from the Chancellors Ascot "sales progression" team where we would tell them every week that yes, we have instructed solicitors (searches were well underway at this point), and it turned out their vendors were the ones slowing the process down. Our purchase was still marketed as 'for sale' and not 'sold stc' on their website and Rightmove until we exchanged. Then, when we were presented with complications for a completion date (made complicated by their vendors), we were the ones calling Chancellors to provide updates on the rest of the chain, not the other way around! And to top it all off, we moved in 8 weeks ago, and they haven't collected the sold sign from our front garden yet...

GoogleI have had such a lovely experience with Chancellors in Ascot. Natalie Corby (Lettings Negotiator) has listened to everything I have said and tried very hard to find the right property for me. She has done an outstanding job of being upfront and honest, staying in touch, keeping me informed, ascertaining my needs/wants, and booking viewings to my requested time scales. She goes above and beyond her role to ensure you (the customer) are completely happy. I felt I could be completely honest with her about what I was looking for, and not only did she listen, she did her best to find it! Natalie is the best agent I have every dealt with, and I will most definitely be using her again in future. I can't speak highly enough of her, she's been simply amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent in the Ascot area. ~JK
