GoogleI rented a property through Chancellors in Ascot and the team were incredibly helpful and professional. Stephanie has gone out of her way to help me on several occasions and even when we had some fairly major problems to overcome she did everything in her powers to get it sorted. She and Maddie are always friendly and give the impression that they genuinely care. I would certainly use them again.

Alex, in particular, has been my main point of contact and has managed the viewing, negotiations, sales processing and everything in between. I would recommend Chancellors and Alex to anyone who is looking for a smooth buying process and can imagine that the selling/letting team are equally as attentive and professional.

GoogleThanks to them my fiancè will be homeless on 5th feb 2018. Their disappointing service, will lead her to left out in cold without no home. Made us run around for same property twice, even though we fulfilled all the requirements. Still at last moment being rejected, without no valid explanation. Just by saying landlord don't want us a tenant. Which we cannot believe, as personally I'm earning more than 40k which is more than their requirement of 32k. On chancellors request, we even added additional guarantor earning 40k plus too. Bringing total financial back up to 80k for 2bed flat rental. All references passed, even good reference from my faincè's existing tenants. Still it's a NO, at very last stage, After we even signed the contracts. We are feeling being Discriminated against by Chancellors Ascot Branch, I'm pretty sure they can do better than this. WELL DONE CHANCELLORS. Hats off to your professionalism.

In the end she achieved the result she set out too, I would recommend her to any landlord wanting to let their property in Ascot.

GoogleTerrible letting service. They sub contract work out and then when you have issues they do not want to help and pass you off to their contractor. I would not put my property on with them or, rent through them. They use a 'central' department so you end up not dealing with your local agent.....so no relationship.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with Chancellor’s Ascot. Had a confirmed viewing today and they didn’t bother showing up nor giving us a call to let us know why they didn’t show up. We called to chase and they never called back. Unprofessional. Avoid
