GoogleI have recently used Burns and Reid for the second time, and cannot recommend them highly enough.
My first house was in St Helens and the service was so good I used them more recently despite no longer being quite as local. Once again the service was second to none - professional, courteous and great communication throughout the process which really helped when moving during a national lockdown!
Paula particularly was so helpful, she is just lovely - going above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent.

If they showed the properties on website as they are they would save a lot of people time and effort. They over glamorise the property on photos and in reality the property was a right mess ! Absolute waste of time. And what a complete unprofessional approach from an agent called Carol F. Definitely don’t recommend.

Thank you for your review, please be assured that the photos you see on our portals are as they are, they are not photo shopped or amended or over glamorised in any way. The property you viewed is someone's home and your comments are clear for them to read. As for your opinion on our unprofessional approach, our staff come to work to help, they do not come to work to be shouted at, our policy is that if clients do verbally abuse or shout at them, that they politely advised that they can ask for a Manager to call them back and that they are now ending the call.
