Didn't keep offers private. Tried to go back and forth between potential buyers to increase bids. Told other buyers I had offered asking price in a bid to increase sales price. I didn't think practices like this still existed. Disappointed to learn that they believe gazumping is fair.

Poor service, bidding against the wall is the norm .Beware they charge estate agent fees from the buyer and not the seller!Post sale service is poor with no response to calls, emails or texts.Consider other Auction houses which I have used with much superior service and not as costly.

Our particular thanks go to Haley Prescott at the Winchester branch who was integral to the success of our chain; she was proactive, extremely helpful and clearly very good at her job.
