As a student group, we have been working with Karl from Martin and Co, trying to find the perfect house for me and my friends, and although it took some time and dedication, we finally found it and could not be happier. Karl never gave up on finding the house that we wanted and the vision that we had and continuously showed professionalism and confidence when guiding us round all sorts of properties. As a student group with differing views, finding the ‘perfect’ house was a bit of a difficult task. Our group ventured into Martin and co many a time and never once were we made to feel difficult. We were always greeted with smiles and a nice can of fizzy pop, on one occasion! Needless to say, the crew at Martin and co Winchester are friendly, funny, helpful and really do try there best to find you exactly what you are looking for. Everyone in our group is now extremely happy and relieved to have found our student house for our next academic year. Thanks to the persistence of Martin and Co. The only negative I can think of is that the communication online, via email isn’t the fastest or most efficient way of communication. That being said Martin and co understood our annoyance with the difficulties we had in communicating and were swift to help us moving on.

Called to enquire about a property which was unfortunately already let. Steve spoke to ne about what i required and then spent time looking through his properties, messaging me with the ones that he thought appropriate. The process to secure was easy and i even got a follow up call to congratulate me on securing the place we wanted. Fantastic. Could not ask for better help finding a room, and I know I was a difficult customer! Anna really pulled out all the stops with several rooms for me to look at, and even helped out with making sure dates lined up perfectly for moving from one tenancy to another by arranging extra time with my current landlord. I dont think i have been disrespect like that ever!! When i signed my contract 2022 i came in person to ask questions about the contract to understand more about the legal stuff. One of the agents then then called me 'high maintainance' to my boyfriend. In a non-professional capacity this is absolutely disrespectful but add the fact that the agent is representing the company is absolutely awful. I would never recommend to anyone
