GoogleWhat can I say! Hamptons… Robert Tottle, absolutely brilliant. Recommend by neighbours who had sold their house through Robert Tottle at Hamptons Presale they sent a constant stream of potential buyers. The sales team were communicative with feedback and professional. They worked hard to secure a good sale and followed through on all the after offer communications. I recommend them to another friend and she agrees how hard working and through they are I totally recommend Hamptons and will use them again. A big thank you to Hamptons staff.

GoogleExcellent service. Excellent communication with Edward, he arranged viewing of the flat as per our comfort. We had few questions for the Landlord before agreeing to the contract, Edward helped us by getting all required answers from Landlord in very less time. Also, I appreciate the patience when we went through the detailed discussion :)

They give the personal touch and looked at their data base to contact clients and not just leave the house to go online and wait for buyers. Christoper did an amazing job negotiating and Robert always responded and followed up keeping me informed throughout the process. GoogleThe Hamptons team in Winchester are professional and polite and they know their market well. At the time of selling our property I always felt that I could communicate with them regularly, by email, phone or by dropping into their Winchester HQ for a chat in person. While the selling process took a while longer than we had hoped, which is often the case in rural areas, they found sound buyers that proceeded to purchase the house. Hamptons were also marketing the property that we purchased so we could see how they operated on the side side of the ladder. Fortunately they remained professional and allowed us to secure the house of our dreams. We would use them again and would be more than willing to recommend their services to friends or family.

GoogleWe found Hamptons had an excellent understanding of our preferences regarding the marketing of our property for sale. Immediately we experienced well qualified viewings including frequent second viewings. They kept us regularly updated as to interest levels and key milestones in the sale at all times in a very friendly and professional manner. They communicated well with us and gave us time to discuss any questions or queries we wished to make at the various selling cycle stages. They were very experienced as to what was happening across all the parties involved. The whole team in this office from management through to sales and administration worked as a cohesive team and showed their professionalism at all levels. We also found Hamptons very honest in their comments and approach and they demonstrated high integrity towards their clients in both the selling and purchasing domains. They are very proud of their brand, awards and reputation and this shows through. We would definitely recommend as a first choice Hamptons Winchester to family and friends and to other potential sellers and puchasers.

The team at Hamptons were always quick to solve problems and ensured we had a constructive dialogue with our landlords. In all the years we have rented, we have never experienced such levels of professionalism and fairness. Would highly recommend them from a tenants perspective.
