Both teams provided a very professional service throughout and I would particularly like to thank Gareth and Robert in the Sales team for their encouragement, support and dedication during what was, at times, an extremely frustrating process. Identifying both positive and negative issues that might affect the letting, and even going beyond the normal call to solve anything. Careful vetting of potential lessees. A pro-active, pleasant and positive approach all round. Would definitely recommend.

We were delighted with the quality of advice, market knowledge and support provided in relation to each transaction; Alec Fry and Christopher Hazell deserve particular mention and thanks for their professionalism, patience and good humour in getting both deals ‘over the line’ and overseeing the whole chain, but we were also impressed by their supporting sales and administration team. GoogleSophie Winterson was a truly fantastic agent, throughout the process of us renting a house in Winchester. From the first meeting at the home, through to the collection of the keys Sophie went above and beyond to make the process a pleasurable one. Her professionalism, knowledge of Winchester, the local housing market and the process of home letting is extraordinary. Sophie struck the perfect balance between representing the Landlord and Tenant, she is a real asset to her employer and her clients. GoogleA bunch of cowboys. Very poor. Firstly it took a month to reply to our enquiry and this was only after we chased it up. We then travelled an hour for a viewing and rather than send someone who knew anything about the property, they asked someone who doesn’t normally do viewings to “help out”. She was very pleasant, but little help. We had some questions about the property that she said she’d pass on to the office and it’s over a week later with no reply. A poor experience and will not be dealing with them again. I recommend you don’t waste your time with them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

There was some items that required a little more effort but he liased between all parties and updated solicitors and mortgage brokers at all times.
