Awful experience calling this agent. They are partners with the scam Ponzi scheme modern method of auction that Is I am sold. This process completely rips of the buyer and charges needless commission on a straight forward purchase. Stella did nothing to esculate the call and help a potential buyer. Sad sad state of affairs. Customer service assistants at Sainsbury’s are more assertive in helping you than hamptons.

Alison Dormer has been very efficient and helpful with our property purchase, especially in sorting out the many issues that arose before and after exchange. Even after completion she has helped us by providing contact numbers for people who can help us with maintenance, most notably someone who came out as an emergency to deal with the broken heating system. Throughout she has been friendly, understanding and retained her sense of humour even during fraught and frustrating periods. I had asked for an honest appraisal of my home and good communication throughout and this is what was offered which was reassuring and really helpful through a very unfamiliar process. I have recently sold my property via Hamptons (Winchester) and I cannot praise them enough. They are excellent Estate Agents who go above and beyond to deliver a highly professional service. The housing market has been “challenging” but after speaking to Gareth Anwyl at Hamptons, I felt so confident that he and his team would sell my property (which they did). The service they provided was amazing….staff are courteous, helpful, and extremely professional. They are a hard-working team who make sure you know your property sale is in good hands. I received regular updates, and not once did I need to “chase” them to find out what was happening with the sale. Alex and her team made the selling of our house as smooth and stressfree as possible, given the strange post-lockdown situation.
