GoogleWe have been tenants with their managed service. They have been utterly incompetent in every respect from beginning to end. We would never use Hamptons again for anything

Customer service is very important to us and as such we are naturally disappointed to read your review, particularly because we can see throughout your tenancy that maintenance requests were addressed and resolved in a timely fashion, other than on one occasion where due to the costs involved it took a little longer than expected, as approval from the Landlord was required. We believe your review may have stemmed from an inventory clerk recently arriving late to an appointment. Whilst they are a third party and we have little control over the matter, we would like to echo the apology already extended to you by the Winchester team and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback and wish you the very best with any future endeavors.
