We just bought our home with the help of the wonderful Farnham Hamptons team and honestly, they were an absolutely helpful team, especially Riccardo Sapia, and Caroline Holley. They weren't just attentive, they were truly there for us, every step of the way. Surprisingly, they even seemed to know more about the process than our own solicitors did. From answering our endless questions to smoothing out every bump we encountered, they transformed what could've been a stressful journey into something straightforward. We couldn't be more grateful for their support and professionalism. Buying a home can be tough, but it was easy with Farnham Hamptons, Great thanks to Riccardo Sapia and Caroline Holley.

Hamptons in Winchester were excellent throughout the rental process. My agent, Sharon James, was thorough, attentive, and human. By that, I mean even though we had to do the official admin stuff, the experience was friendly and relaxed and I felt looked after and listened to. Sharon responded to every question and request quickly and reasonably. I couldn't recommend her, or Hamptons, highly enough.

I have been with Hamptons for over a year now, great service for this beautiful one bedroom studio flat in the heart of Knightsbridge. You can hear all the noise from ground level even the chatter through the windows but the flat has been worth it. The residents are simply amazing. Since then Amy Goldstein has been very much on top of the management of the property. She replies promptly and will ensure if something requires to be fixed it will be escalated. Thus far, great service received to date.

Gaslighting experts.Have had the sad experience of them managing my flat in Notting hill if you can call it manage…They charge huge amounts but do not deliver. Do not use Hamptons. They will try and overcharge you on repairs like triple the price.They will try and get you to pay out for things not needed then argue with you about it.They won’t be available ever when you contact them. Always on leave. Communication is a joke.The tenants they find you will not pay rent will steal and there will be little consequence.They will mock you when you complain. I’d be happy to see Hamptons stop operations altogether I have never known of a worse so called high end estate agent!Update: Hamptons reply below is a standard thing nothing else has happen! I’m going elsewhere and expect my money back!

Gaslighting experts. Stay away. Incompetent.When agent is informed of lack of service agent will try and tell you it’s your doing. I speak as a landlord. You pay a lot of money for management services but get the bare minimum service back. Constantly having to chase said agent in order to remind them of their job and tasks.Examples include: incorrect amounts paid out, no amount paid out, unanswered emails unanswered messages left at their local office. They’re really quick when it comes to getting their own fees but seemingly can’t be bothered when it comes to actually providing the service you pay for.When said agent is faced with complaints of said lack of service said agent will try throwing it back on you or find any excuse available. The majority of good agents has left this company and I can’t blame them.Everyday I hope things will improve but sadly it doesn’t or haven’t so far.

We had an excellent experience buying our first home through Hamptons.Jordan and Rita were extremely professionals , knowledgeable ,so helpful and made our dream home possible as quicker than we expected .Being a first time buyers we didn’t know much about the processes.Rita and Jordan put us at ease , and always offered us good advises and dealt with everything in a speedy manner. I am really amazed with their dedications.Both were very dedicated in their work which made us very happy and very grateful.Overall, we had a safe and healthy journey with hamptons .Thanks for everything!!Highly recommended for first time buyers!!!

Lots of paper work, email communications and effort have been organized to support this process. I have recently sold my house through Alex at Hamptons in Earlsfield. It’s a stressful experience and there’s always niggles, issues to solve and I found Alex to be highly responsive, engaging and solution oriented. There was no overselling/promising, just great comms and a straightforward approach. I have sold a number of houses and flats through other agents and this was by far the smoothest experience due in large part to Alex!

Been tenant under Hamptons for about a year and a half now, had leak issue with boiler. Contacted Hamptons, dealt with Lucy Pickles. She responded very quickly and we went through landlords plumber. Sadly, though not fault of Lucy, or landlord the plumber turned up for repair but never returned to complete despite everyone trying to contact him. At all times Lucy stayed in contact with me to make sure there was progress and intervened on my behalf when there wasn't. Eventually to ensure the issues was completed Hamptons sent there own people to get the job done which was completed without any further delay. Big thanks to Lucy and Hamptons for being so helpful.

We've just come to the end of a four-year tenancy managed by Hamptons. Huge thanks to Sharon at the Stratford office for being so helpful throughout our tenancy and particularly while we tried to manage the end of our contract while also navigating a house purchase with ever-shifting dates! Having rented various properties with many different agents over the years, we can whole-heartedly say that our experience with Hamptons was by far the best. The few issues we experienced were dealt with promptly and effectively by the property management team (thank you Katie!). We recently worked with the Hamptons Earlsfield team to rent a house and I couldn't recommend them enough. Our agent Vita was extremely professional from start to finish, from responding promptly to emails and helping us patiently through the whole process. On moving house we met the rest of the team in the Earlsfield office and they were all so helpful in ensuring our move was as stress free as possible. I would reccomend the Hamptons team to anyone.
