I have let my property in Fulham through Hamptons for four years. They have also managed the let. The process has been very easy and they have always been on top of the required paperwork etc. Shardai has been the property manager for the last year or so, and has always been very prompt, professional and friendly.

My daughter has let her property through Hamptons for the last 8 years. Mandy D’Orta has been managing it for the last 6 months and is by far the best Property Manager we have had. She has been extremely kind, helpful and efficient. She is always friendly and responds very quickly to any requests.

I cannot recommend Jacob at Stratford upon Avon enough. On our first viewing our house sold. Having completed his due diligence, we received full confirmation of our buyers details. He kept us informed throughout the process. He worked outside of 'normal' office hours, to keep us up to date of any developments. A massive thank you!

GoogleHamptons provided an excellent service in helping us find our rental property. We dealt with Sophie who was extremely efficient and friendly. She talked us through the whole process as it was our first time renting and made it as simple as possible. I would definitely recommend using Hamptons to those who are trying to find a property or rent one.

We rented a property through Hamptons and they also manage the property on behalf of the landlord. All of the Hampton staff have always been very friendly and helpful, from Yoanna Allen who found us the place through to Melanie Hudson who oversees the ongoing management we are very happy with the service. In particular Melanie goes the extra mile to ensure issues with the property are resolved quickly and with minimum of fuss - Thankyou!

We bought and sold through Hamptons, Farnham. Although it is never an easy experience, we have nothing but praise for the help and service from Hamptons. We were disappointed previously with other estate agents but this was smooth, informed and professional throughout. They were able to draw in potential purchasers from a wide area. The person who oversaw our journey was Riccardo, who kept us up to date, with the purchase and sale, and the rest of the chain. We recommend Hamptons, especially Riccardo.

There was an issue with the hot water immersion heater. I emailed Max Barnes at Hamptoms. He responded very quickly, organised for a plumber to come to the flat almost immediately to have the issue checked out. He made sure to follow up with the plumber the same day, and when he found out that it was an electrical issue - organized with the electrician to come and have this fixed in few days. He made sure to get information about mine and the landlord's availability, to organise this. Very grateful to Max - for getting this sorted so expediently for me.

GoogleI have recently sold my property via Hamptons (Winchester) and I cannot praise them enough. They are excellent Estate Agents who go above and beyond to deliver a highly professional service. The housing market has been “challenging” but after speaking to Gareth Anwyl at Hamptons, I felt so confident that he and his team would sell my property (which they did). The service they provided was amazing….staff are courteous, helpful, and extremely professional. They are a hard-working team who make sure you know your property sale is in good hands. I received regular updates, and not once did I need to “chase” them to find out what was happening with the sale. Having had contact with other agents over the years, you realise that Hamptons offer a very different experience, they are Estate (and Letting) Agents at their very best. I highly recommend Hamptons, my own experience selling my property with them has been nothing short of overwhelmingly positive. Thank you to all the team at Hamptons.

GoogleI have recently sold my property through Hamptons, Winchester and was very pleased with the support that I received. I had asked for an honest appraisal of my home and good communication throughout and this is what was offered which was reassuring and really helpful through a very unfamiliar process. All staff were courteous and responsive- and Stella in particular made regular contact, followed up when she said she would and checked in frequently to guide me through the process. I feel that the marketing and sale were very well managed and was a positive experience overall.

I used the services of Hamptons in Dulwich to find tenants for my property. The manager Rebecca was very good at sourcing prospective tenants and managing the process. As in any transaction there were a few questions and concerns, but Rebecca was always honest and upfront. She worked very hard to get the best tenant for my property. I think their administration of the processes is also very good. I definitely would recommend this company, and I would also use their services again.

They came highly recommended!! After promising to communicate and keep me updated on a weekly basis, over a three month period I heard from them once.. no projections or ideas of how to produce a sale. Lap lustre and uninterested. They seemed to rely on the property selling itself for a £16000 reward. Gave 28 days notice to fulfil my side of the contract. But they had already removed my property from Rightmove, seemingly putting it back when I complained and happy to return keys 2 weeks before end of contract!! Absolutely shocking lack of industry and an example of why estate agents are not trusted!!

I wanted to share the positive experience I have had with two members of staff in Hamptons. Gemma Ward (Property Manager) was extremely efficient in dealing with an urgent query. She ensured that the issue was tended to and maintained contact until it was solved. Sana Uddin was also excellent in resolving issues although this issue took longer she kept me updated and advocated on my behalf to get it solved as quickly as she could.

All the issues i have reported to date have been dealt with in record time, and always with my satisfaction at heart.
