We recently let our newly refurbished two bedroom flat with the help of the wonderful team in the South Kensington & Knightsbridge office. Lajla and her team were amazing at every step. Victoria was a joy to work with and took the time to get a real understanding of our personal situation and the property itself, paying particular attention to our concerns from prior difficult tenancies. She was incredibly efficient and presented us with a selection of possible tenants that perfectly matched our requirements in less than 10 days! The paperwork was arranged swiftly and all the required admin was made completely stress free for us. We are absolutely thrilled with our new tenants and delighted with how smooth and painless the process was. We have used other agencies before but will now always come directly to Lajla and Victoria - most highly recommended!

Any landlord knows how hard it is to find a good estate agent who actually cares about your property and your business. I have been dealing with Fulham branch of Carter Jonas at 361 Fulham Palace Rd for a few years now. Igor Simonov and his team have always offered an outstanding service. Our property has always been let very quickly. Transitions between tenants are seamless, and everybody in Igor's team is prompt, polite and extremely helpful. They really look after their clients' interest.

I have recently started renting a property for which Carter Jonas are the Managing Agents. All of the staff at CJ have been consistently fantastic, right through from from the first viewing (thank you Kate) to the contract negotiations and signing (a great job from Anamaria and Igor) and now the few maintenance items, which are always been solved promptly when raised with CJ (thank you Sayeh). I fully recommend CJ to any owners looking for managing agents and I thank all of the CJ staff who have helped (and continue to help) me.

I have nothing but positive comments to make on the Winchester team, and in particular Alison who handled the sale of the property in North Waltham. This was a "difficult sale" which involved a number of Trustees, and Alison handled this in an efficient, professional and empathic manner. Her skill set was particularly important when the first sale fell through at exchange of contracts. Very unhelpful, my Husband has been looking at industrial units for rent to start up a business. We saw some advertised with Cartier Jonas so he reached out to the contact listed and he had to chase her several times before she final called him back. She said ‘the reason I didn’t come back to you is because I don’t have anything suitable’, she also recommended he use ‘Gum Tree’ to find a suitable property to start his business. I was shocked with her behaviour, if you don’t have anything suitable you still respond to people to let them know. Also how embarrassing that she would think he could find suitable business premises on gumtree! Another month passed and again we found some suitable units and so I called and left a voicemail for and also with her secretary who said she’d be in touch and to this day we’re not heard anything. Awful customer service by at Carter Jonas.

Carter Jonas in Winchester recently sold my late mother's house and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial visit through to completion Alison and Chris were interested, helpful and utterly professional. Other agents viewed the property but none was actually interested in doing the best for us, so this is where Carter Jonas won hands down. Although the sale process experienced a few glitches (to be expected) their careful handling of all sides kept it on track, an outcome I believe a lesser agent wouldn't have achieved. I would recommend them without reservation.
