Absolutely diabolical service. After signing the letting agreement for my student son a property manager was appointed who was nothing to do with Carter Jonas. We have been privy to so much email traffic with the 2 agents unable to agree who had responsibility for what. I’m yet to be convinced we will see our deposit returned and a the reference my son will need for his next flat. Please avoid these people as it is an incredibly stressful experience. I’m staggered with the lack of professionalism on display. I’ve made sure I’m telling my friends and colleagues about my experience.

If i Could give them zero I wouldI contacted these people 4 times regarding a property and left My details with no responseI booked an online viewing and got no responseIf you are selling or buying keep away they are ignorant and useless And it had nothing to do with Covid so please do not use that as an excuse

Andrew Maddock in particular goes above and beyond to ensure that everything progresses well. He has single handedly held chains together, and takes the time to ensure that everyone is informed. I wish there was a zero option. Shocking service whilst renting. They tried to keep our entire deposit and claim for things they themselves had removed and damaged that they had never resolved. Had to go to arbitration and we got our deposit back. Bunch of crooks. Our case was particularly stressful and I will be going public with it.

I would describe Carter Jonas as highly professional and very upmarket but with zero pretention and very down to earth. We had a great experience working with Rupert and felt like our potential buyers were given the right experience which, ultimately, led to selling for a good price and then a relatively easy transaction. We would highly recommend.
