GoogleSince the time we started using Belgaum in 2016 they have consistently provided us with a professional, efficient and trouble free service. Most importantly, they have been able to quickly identify excellent long term tenants for us. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThe staff at Belgarum were excellent in the sale of my Mum's house - they worked extremely hard on our behalf and the quality of their communication and attention to detail was excellent - this all helped to make the process smooth and stress-free!

GoogleLovely communication, operated through phone calls more than just generic emails, seem to take an actual interest in what we were looking for rather than throwing any property our way for the sake of it. Personable staff who were very helpful and seem to like their job.

GoogleBelgarum provided us with a friendly, fair and effective service through the process of purchasing a house in central Winchester. All members of the team were friendly and easy to engage with. They were very helpful in providing viewings, facilitating negotiations with the vendor and providing general advice about the process.

GoogleWe had a first class service from them all at Belgarum. They were always very helpful and friendly every time we called and spoke any one at the agents. We mostly dealt with one member of staff named below.

GoogleVery impressive estate agents! They work quickly are friendly and informative. I have used several dreadful estate agents over the years but Belgarum have been fantastic every step of the way. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI guess they are a good insurance if you are a landlord, if you have no problems they seem expensive but are there to sort out a problem. Seem to be successful in finding suitable tenants. My only real complaint is that they charge you an ‘arm and a leg’ to copy and paste the lease agreement when they do an annual update.

GoogleI would highly recommend the team at Belgarum. From the initial viewing of the property to the check out process, the communication has been excellent with everything fully explained and the paperwork in order. Any queries have been dealt with quickly and they were very flexible and accommodating when my move out date changed. A pleasure to deal with. Thanks very much. Julie

GoogleSeanne Stewart from the Winchester office couldn’t have been more helpful. She’s friendly, knows the market well & worked hard to find what I was looking for. She made my search feel easy & the whole process enjoyable (for once), a really positive experience in fact. I highly recommend.

GoogleMainstream estate agents are pricey but you get what you pay for. Belgarum found a buyer quickly and saw the sale through to completion in 3 months depite some very difficult market conditions.

GoogleSTAY WELL AWAY!! Worst estate agents ever. They have bullied, scammed and lied all the way through my tenancy. I would rather be in staying on the streets than living in a belgarum property. How can people still be going with this company! Just look at the other reviews, this company is a joke!
