Although I have rated this experience as 5 star this is due to one person. Katie Healey Sales Progressor for Beals sales team. In what was a long and arduous drawn out sale and had it not been for Katie’s relentless chasing of purchasers and Solicitos I’m sure it would still continuing. Katie was always pleasant and positive even when she was banging her head against a wall to get the simplest of responses to up date us. Rented a flat through Beals.I saw a 2 bedroom flat I wanted to rent after just coming out of a divorce, I went into Beals and spoke with Lucy Watt who I cannot recommend enough. Lucy went above and beyond to ensure the process was as stressless and smooth sailing as possible due to the current situation, I also felt she was quite empathetic and I could fully trust Lucy with helping me to secure a safe environment for myself and young child to live.

Carly was my first point of contact, She came round, Looked around briefly & listened. She was friendly, approachable, informative and helpful, most importantly not pushy just knowledgable and gave options for what we wanted to achieve. We were not ready initially and she again, listened and didn't over contact! When we decided to go with Beals, Carly came round and again, being very experienced, was not pushy but listened, questioned & gave options allowing us to make the decision we felt happy with. I then also dealt with Jade who dealt with the viewings - which came thick and fast! Communication was great and We had an offer after just 5 viewings in less than 1 week. We acheived a decent price and I couldn't be happier with the service so far. I would absolutely reccommend Beals to anyone!

Our previous Letting Agent had our rental property on their books for months with hardly a viewing and I was getting very concerned about finding new tenants to cover our financial outgoings. Within a matter of days of switching to Anstey (now Beal's) we had several viewings lined up and a couple of weeks after that a signed contract for the next rental year. We were relieved and grateful to Rhys and his team for making this process quick, easy and painless and we're happy to say all subsequent dealings with them have been exactly the same! Even asking more recently for a recommendation for a good, reliable local plumber Rhys replied within hours and his plumber proved to be just that. An easy 5 star recommendation.

He responds quickly to questions, is efficient and friendly. He's a real asset to the business. 2: The Beals online property file is a very useful tool for tenants. It lets you upload pictures of any maintenance issues that might arise, and schedules visits from contractors. It also allows you to view your tenancy details.I'm very glad to be with Beals; Rhys has made the experience a very positive one.
