GoogleI had the pleasure of using the services of the Lettings team from the Salisbury branch and I have, so far, been very impressed with them. Lydia from the lettings team was able to visit late on the same day I rang them, discussed a marketing plan with me onsite and took numerous professional photos of the property. Just over a week later tenants moved in paying the full monthly asking price. The speed of the operation was far in excess of my expectations and I am grateful to them for making my life as a landlord much easier!

We received exceptional service from Fox & Sons. Our agent Yushin was brilliant. He found some really nice properties matching our criteria that we hadn’t noticed ourselves, and he booked us in to view them within a couple of days. He offered great service, info, and knowledge during the viewings and followed up quickly with answers to our questions afterwards.

I've recently started looking for a property to buy. Being neurodivergent, I have requested all correspondence be via email from all letting agents, so i can orgabise and manage a very overwhelming process. Unfortunately, Fox and Sons (brighton) seemed to have an issue with this and even so I repeatedly requested email correspondence, I was told that 'phone calls would be easier for both of us'.

GoogleThe sales executive allocated to our sale was Sophie Woodroffe. She was always efficient, polite and erudite - even when matters became unhelpfully complicated towards the conclusion of our sale. I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend her. But I extend that accolade to the entire team - Sophie was leading but her colleagues (and I single out Amber especially) were excellent. First class job....... I did not regret picking Fox and Sons over the other local agents.

GoogleJust brought a house in Salisbury through Fox & Sons. Right from the outset they were brilliant, quick to respond and very helpful, when liaising between myself and the sellers. Normally this can be a painful process but Sophie managed the sale exceptionally well. Constantly informing me of any developments and very knowledgable on the initial viewing. Arranged viewing, it was raining, we got early but that’s our problem. Then a minute before the arranged time a young guy got out of the car parked right in front of us. He’s from Fox & Sons. He’s been waiting in his car whole time knowing we were waiting outside the property in the rain. He could’ve said like, sorry we can’t show till the arranged time then we’d walk back to our car and wait.

Used Fox & Sons Crawley multiple times to rent one of our properties. They sent us a bill for lettings shortly after a new Tennent arrived which was incorrect and we naturally requested an accurate invoice. Silence for several weeks until we got a letter from a debt collector!! Wowser! We then spent time chasing unanswered calls and emails. The answer from the lettings team at Fox & Son Crawley was "it's nothing to do with us". Clearly it was everything to do with the Crawley branch as they can not do simple addition. No response from branch manager either - as expected. Would not recommend and will avoid in future!!

4 months to move into an empty, chain-free property seems pretty fascicle but it wouldve been a hell of a lot longer had it not been for Curtis and his colleagues at Fox and Sons, Hastings. I had 6 months to port my mortgage or it wouldve doubled and my property wouldve been unaffordable. It was two certificates holding back the sell. My solicitors were hopeless, the sellers solicitors were just as bad but thankfully Curtis said if this isnt sorted within 24 hours Max is pulling out. 12 minutes later the certificates would be there in the morning and 12 hours later we were good to go. I get they want their cut, but I hear so many stories about estate agents taking their eye off the ball, and the buyer left chasing, thankfully that wasnt the case with Fox and Sons. I had to pay my solicitors £2,500, shouldve given it to these guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Tried to underhandedly go behind my agents back to the client telling them we are bad buyers and he should sell through them even though our offer had been accepted and put a for sale board up over our sold sign .. really really bad business practice
