The sales team in twickenham were incredible. Our house was a ‘fixer upper’ and not always to everyone’s taste but they provided a strong stream of potential buyers and diligently took it completion efficiently and effectively. They were nice to work with and show real knowledge of the local market. They didn’t fob us off with sales statistic but simply delivered results.

Overall, a good experience. A bit of Flapsy-Hapsy management, but overall, a good effort to resolve issues.On a scale of dealing with estate agents in London (which is generally opinionated and appalling), I would (to date) give this one a 7/10 based of effort to respond and resolve issues. Like must businesses, in the final analysis, it’s down to the quality of people and simplicity of policies.

AVOID THIS AGENCY. Like most agents, they will say anything to seal the deal. But this agency have it perfection! Shameless lies. Once there is no more money to be squeezed from you...customer service goes out the window. You're completely forgotten and treat you like dirt.

Be careful when signing your rental contract with Chase Bucanan. Check the contract length is correct - amongst other things. They managed to changed our lease length so that we lost a year - admittedly we missed it when signing the contract online. Do not trust them.

I feel very let down. Put my property up for sale & so helpful! once I signed I felt totally neglected. Did a viewing myself whilst working from home, as they had booked the time incorrectly with the buyer. Phoned office & no call back no apology.No updates nothing! Ended contract.

WALK AWAY NOW! I’ve fought hard with the aid of a lawyer, to get my deposit back on a property I wanted to rent with CB.It’s taken 6 weeks to get back what’s rightfully mine. They will cause you stress and multiple headaches, promise you the world and deliver nothing.

The worst agency I have ever talked to.They sent me a lot of mails and when I found a house, they said the landlord declined our offer but they haven't even made the offer to the landlord. WORST AGENCY EVER
