GoogleWhat a fabulous team! Everyone at Piccolo is friendly, efficient, professional and kind. They have made me feel like a valued client rather than “just another tenant”. This means a lot! Thank you Piccolo! The new office is gorgeous too, and again, I was warmly welcomed through the door with lots of smiles! Fantastic service all round. Highly recommend.

GoogleLANDLORDS BEWARE. I witnessed Piccolos chap temporarily repair the boiler with him saying it wouldn't be himself returning to do the full repair. Three months later the same man returned, criticising the 'quick fix' repair saying it was bad practice etc and needed urgent attention. He'd clearly forgotten I was there at his first visit. Creating opportunities to charge twice perhaps? Overall, with other dealings Piccolo failed to display professional and trustworthy standards.

GoogleHaving been a tenant with Piccolo for 3 and a half years I can honestly say they have been amazing. Anything got sorted immediately. Always fitted visits around my working schedules which have been challenging including working nights. Very professional and friendly team.
