GoogleWe recently contacted Piccolo Property Services to view a property to purchase. Uncertain as to whether we would be buying for ourselves or as a buy to let, Pennie informed us of the process for both. At the viewing, it was a refreshing change for the agent to be fully abreast of all the information a buyer might require. Pennie communicated this verbally and provided information in a professional written format for us to take away. The viewing was relaxed and we felt we had ample time to consider the property. Post viewing, Pennie contacted us to gain feedback and next steps. We found Pennie to be welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgable and would not hestitate to recommend Piccolo Property Services.

GoogleI could not have asked for better service from Helen at Piccolo properties. I struggled to book viewings with other agencies and often felt that they were too busy to offer real customer services. Piccolo however made time for me, had places I could book in to view and when I found a place I liked made the transition smooth as anything including anticipating things before I was aware. Like organising a socket in the kitchen for our fridge. Thanks guys true customer service in a cold sector.

There is no doubt, they understand the rights of tenants and the legal obligations of the landlord, and this is evident in the way their friendly letting agency is managed. If you want to have a knowledgeable and compliant agency, then you will not find a better one in Salisbury!!

The house we moved into was very clean and tidy and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend for anyone to use Piccolo, it is miles better and less stressful than Rightmove and they really work hard to find the right property that suits you and your needs. GoogleCan't recommend Piccolo enough! From first contact they have been by far the most attentive agent we have dealt with. We have been lucky enough to move into the house we love. Helen and Pennie are fabulous! They have been so professional and friendly we feel we will be thoroughly looked after by the whole team. Any issues we have had, they have dealt with in a very timely manner, all paperwork was made stress free and understandable and there has been no hanging about for weeks on end for anything. Great communication, Great local knowledge and most importantly she is unlike any other Estate agent we have ever used.
