GoogleIn what has been a very stressful and arduous time trying to move home, Piccolo have shone above the rest in care and attentiveness. While we are still waiting to confirm on the place we have viewed it doesn't distract from how helpful and kind they have been every step of the way thus far and how tenant-forward they are in how they treat their clients. I hope/look forward to being a tenant with them. ✌🏻✨

GoogleI have been using Lou and her team for over 10 years now and for good reason. They have looked after my property taking away all the stress and worry from me. Everything is done by Lou and her team for me including fixing problems, finding tenants and keeping my place legal with all the new tenency rules. The service is first class and I could not recommend them more highly.

GooglePennie from Piccolo Property Services has been fantastic! She's been excellent at communicating and getting everything sorted out as quickly as possible for us to move in without a hitch and help with any questions or issues since. She showed us three properties in our price range that had everything we asked for and she could answer all of our questions. She also made all the financial side of things very clear and easy. We're delighted and wanted to say a big thank you! We absolutely recommend contacting Piccolo!

GoogleLou and the team at Piccolo have set a very high standard against which all future letting agencies shall be compared. Friendly, professional and incredibly organised it has been a pleasure dealing with them during my tenancy. They made the whole application and check in process as stress free as possible, promptly answering questions, and meeting me at the property and ensuring I had all sorts of information to help me settle into my new home. Any issues during the tenancy were dealt with efficiently. Likewise, moving out was made simpler thanks to the information pack provided by Piccolo. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an agency with that personal touch!

GooglePiccolo were an outstanding agency to deal with during our time renting a cottage in Wiltshire. Always prompt to answer and manage any requests for maintenance, and great people to deal with. We had a different rental agency for the first two years of our tenancy; the difference in the quality of service was notable and we would encourage anyone seeking to employ a rental agency to utilise Piccolo.

GoogleWe recently purchased our first property from Piccolo. From the viewing all the way to the completion Piccolo were great and were always very friendly. In particular Pennie helped the buying process flow smoothly and went above and beyond for us in communication between the sellers and solicitors. Would not hesitate to recommend Piccolo and Pennie to others.

GoogleI have dealt with a couple of letting agents when renting properties and I can say piccolo has by far been the best. They have been easy to contact and talk too unlike some of the bigger companies. They have been fair and have resolved any issues quickly. I can imagine from the landlords point of view they have been good as well as they do actually carry out regular inspections unlike other agents.
