GoogleBought my house in Wilmslow with Mosley Jarman as Agents. I was really impressed with their team. They were prompt and fully attentive to all my queries. A team of consummate professionals but also warm and friendly people. It's difficult to get that balance correct but they've obviously worked hard to achieve it. I would recommend them to anyone, special thanks to Lauren and Elle who were the main people liaising with me. Thank you.

GoogleNick was fantastic throughout the buying process. He was not representing me (rather my seller), he kept the whole chain informed, up to date and was very responsive to me, as I struggled with my own estate agent and solicitor. I would highly recommend Mosley Jarman and definitely would be the estate agent I would use in the future if I ever came to sell again.

GoogleWe recently engaged Mosley Jarman to sell our house. We we’re very impressed with Nick Mosley’s professional approach; he had considered and researched comparative properties and demonstrated a good understanding of the target market for our property. We were introduced to each member of Nick’s team who all came to view the house and meet us personally and so were able to answer buyers’ questions knowledgeably. All appointments were planned with the minimum disruption to ourselves, and very quickly Mosley Jarman had found us a buyer. All through the process Nick has been proactive and has kept us updated in a calm and reassuring way. We would, without doubt, trust Mosley Jarman again to take a lot of the stress out of selling a property and have no hesitation recommending Nick and his team to others.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleExceptional friendly service from Lauren and her team in Wilmslow. The key to a good agent is communication and knowledge and the team have it in abundance. Initially shown around properties by Elle who has great communication skills, she talked me through the lease on the property and what she didn’t know, she found out and communicated the answers quickly. Unfortunately this purchase fell through owing to problems with the property but undeterred she found my new home for me and with Lauren ensured that the sale completed in super quick time. I would be delighted to have such committed staff working for me.

GoogleLauren has been unbelievably brilliant from the moment I initially enquired about the house right up until now... which is 7 months after buying it. The service she has continued to provide all these months after the purchase with two seperate after sales enquiries I've made has been fantastic! I really hope anybody reading this reviewing who is in a quandary as to which estate agent in Wilmslow to use goes with Lauren at Mosley Jarman, if you do I'm sure you'll be over the moon with your decision.

GoogleWhen I decided on an estate agent I had seen a similar property sold nearby by Mosley Jarman and they were the perfect choice. I had lived in the area for many years and known and used other agents but felt that Mosley Jarman would offer a more personal service. From the first time I met Nick this was confirmed. Nick and his team were in contact with me daily keeping me up to date on the progress of viewings and within days offers. Nick is so professional and always returned my calls or emails if I had any queries. I would highly recommend Mosley Jarman

GoogleWe have been extremely impressed with the outstanding service we've received from the whole team at Mosley Jarman. We really liked Nick from the outset, so much so that we didn't bother to consult any other agents. Our house sale has been handled most professionally and we have found Nick and the team to be very honest and transparent. When our original sale fell through the team wasted no time in getting our property back on the market and a new sale secured within a week. Amy and Nick have been in regular contact throughout the whole process offering excellent support, advice and help well above and beyond what I have previously experienced with other agents. They have been extremely proactive in moving the sale along, contacting us as soon as there were any updates and we always received weekly updates from them even when there was little to report. Our calls to the office were always responded to quickly and Nick would even return our calls out of office hours if we hadn't managed to speak to him during the day. In the past I have always felt the estate agent I used had done very little to earn their commission but Nick and the team have earned every penny this time and we would thoroughly recommend them. GoogleI cannot recommend Mosley Jarman highly enough, the service from start to finish was excellent. The valuation visit from Nick was relaxed and he was highly knowledgable of the local area and house valuations, and we were so pleased with the photos and the video tour produced of the house. Lauren managed the sale of the house and was so friendly, positive and enthusiastic and provided continual proactive communication throughout. Viewings were arranged on one day to avoid as much disruption as possible and the follow up and sales negotiation were handled very professionally. Lauren continued to chase the sale to completion, again providing regular updates and following up promptly. Mosley Jarman are a competent and friendly professional estate agents with outstanding people.

Handled communication between all parties professionally and knowledgeably and we’re always available to answer questions. Their approach enabled us to meet a very tight deadline for the sale and our onward purchase and helped minimised the stress of the whole process. Highly recommended.

GoogleI have just sold my house with through Mosley Jarman and I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work. The amount of effort they put into selling a property and driving it through to completion is incredible. I was extremely happy with the photos and the video they created (which most other estate agents don’t do), I was very pleased with the quality of the viewings and then especially happy with the amount of effort they put into the post offer stage, to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. I want to say a massive thanks to Lauren for really driving my sale through, she was amazing throughout, continually chasing solicitors and other estate agents to sell my house as quickly as possible. Everyone else who works there is a pleasure to deal with too, especially Nick the owner. I am very happy and would recommend using Mosley Jarman. GoogleIf we could give Nick and his team ten stars we would! We had a very difficult sale, not only dealing with a large unfinished construction site in the field at the back but also during Brexit negotiations which spread uneasiness and doubt amongst potential purchasers. Nick, Lauren and Ben worked tirelessly and did a lot of research on the new housing estate being built so that they could try to allay any worries the viewers had about how this would affect the house. As winter approached we decided to take the house off the market ( mainly to give ourselves a break!) and yes to be honest we considered using a different agent once we were ready to re market it. BUT when we discussed it we still had so much faith in Nick and his team and had been really happy with their professionalism and how they always did what they promised, were always there at the end of the phone and we NEVER had to chase them for feedback. We just felt that the sale of our house mattered to them ALL personally. We sold our house on the first day of new viewings but the negotiations were not easy and got harder as we approached lockdown! We have absolutely no doubt our sale only completed during Covid 19 due to Nicks negotiating skills and experience and what more can you ask of an agent?! GoogleLauren was awesome from start to handing over to Nick for the final sprint to the finish. The purchase was complex, with many negotiations and hurdles to overcome, but Lauren managed all of these and exceeded my expectations. Nick took over for the final week of the transaction and managed to get us into the property to our timescale, in what were challenging circumstances. When calling the office, people were polite and callbacks/emails were prompt. The only let down was the first time I viewed the property. The person showing me around could not answer basic questions on the property; such as why the price was set at the amount, how many viewings/interested parties, why it'd been on the market for a while, etc. Most questions were met with "I just do the viewings, you'll have to ask the office." This seemed a little lazy and also required additional work from me to contact the office to get these questions answered, which in turn also caused the office extra work. However, the second viewing (with Lauren) and subsequent viewings were much better.

Nick was clearly very familiar with the area and the market, and thanks to his advice, we had an offer within weeks at what we felt was a really good price. Nick was then extremely helpful in moving the sale along to completion as quickly as possible, passing communications between us, our buyer and the two sets of solicitors and keeping what could otherwise have been quite a fraught process on track! Thanks so much for all your help. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mosley Jarman to anyone buying or selling property around Wilmslow.

GoogleThey say that moving house is in the top 2 most stressful things ever to be done, but I can honestly say that moving home with Nick and his team couldn't have gone any better. I'm sure that's down to both Nick and Lauren, and the way they managed, explained, helped, pushed, and advised. Right from my very first phone call into the office to discuss moving house, the service we received was absolutely first class. Knowledgeable, understanding, offering advice. Thanks to his tenacity and his proactive steps to move the sale and purchase processes along, we were able to secure the house we wanted in a fairly difficult market. GoogleI cannot recommend Nick, Jessica and Lauren enough. From the outset Nick explained everything thoroughly so we knew what to expect. They were really approachable throughout and even though there were 5 in our chain, Nick was constantly in touch down our chain checking what was happening and reporting back. Nick and his team made what could have been a very stressful time for me a breeze, as my dad has bad anxiety and I was able to concentrate on his well being, knowing his house sale was being looked after well. I wouldn't hesitate in using Moseley Jarman in the future.

GoogleWe wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mosley Jarman. Despite a lengthy process, not down to Mosley's, they were outstanding from day one. All the staff came to view the property before any viewings took place to familiarise themselves with the house, something other agents didn't do. Their communications were excellent. A special mention to Nick and Lauren who were superb. Lauren in particular regularly engaged with other parties and went above and beyond what we expected. Lauren Bowden was very helpful, professional with excellent communication skills. She was always liaising with myself, the seller and solicitors to ensure that everything goes smooth without any delays or complications. I want to say big thank you to Lauren for all her help.
