I can't speak highly enough of Nick's skills throughout the sales process. From his initial valuation which was considered and thoroughly evidenced to ensure that we weren't either under selling or being over optimistic through to exchange where he has been immensely diligent and communicative with all parties in the chain. He is well connected with legal and financial professionals and takes a proactive in anticipating issues that may arise and offering solutions to them. It has felt reassuring to know that we were in the hands of a competent and very able agent.

I was initially dealing with Jamie, who was outstanding and was then passed to Lauren, who went above and beyond to put my mind at rest, bless her. The service from Mosley Jarman was excellent throughout on the sale of my late mothers bungalow. Their initial advice was far better supported by evidence than the other agents we met and the property went under offer for a fair price rapidly. They then worked with us to keep the buyer happy whilst we experienced delays with the probate office and helped chase a rather dilatory solicitor acting for the buyer. Communication was excellent at all times. It was the best experience I have had dealing with an agent over the years.

We received an excellent service for Mosley Jarman in our recent purchase of a house in Alderley Edge Cheshire. To start with the viewing was very good, the agent had a good knowledge of the property and made the effort to find the answers from the owners for a few questions we had. The sale negotiation was well communicated and dealt with very fairly and efficiently. Owner Nick Moseley then took over the work to complete the sale. He had a lot of work to do because the owners elected to route everything through solicitor and estate agent not wishing to speak to us on anything. In doing this he kept a strong focus on all tasks and requirements, kept us very well informed and we achieved a completion in 6 weeks well inside the target date of before the end of the main stamp duty holiday on 30th June 2021. Overall the service we received was excellent with Nick in particular excelling by building a good relationship with us , the sellers and the acting solicitors to drive the sale through and keep everyone happy .

Seldom do I write reviews, but the service from Mosley Jarman was above and beyond EXCEPTIONAL. From the first visit Nick, Laura and Ben walked us through the whole process, they were more than just an estate agent and more like a full Turnkey House Move Management Company. All viewing were actually done by themselves, which I believe allot offer but the doesn't actually happen. The team identified any pitfalls, and potential issues before they happened, along with brilliant guidance on accepting an offer and the price point. The kept on top of the solicitors from both sides, and were ahead of them 99% of the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough, this was the best value for money I have ever spent. Sold sold sold !!!If you are serious about selling your home - then look no further than Mosley jarman. This estate agent and his team are outstanding in the marketplace . After some quite negative experience with one agent and a 3 month listing with another agent with no sale to show for it, Mosely jarman sold our house within one week . The thing is ,not all estate agents are equal . After our experience ,I can tell you that it's definitely about the people you choose to market your property with that makes all the difference to your house just sitting on the market .....or your house actually being up for sale . Nick Mosely ,Lauren and Mark make the most excellent team. They do what they say they will do ,and on time. proactive in nature and deed means that they procure sales that other agents all too easily lose. We have also found an integrity in Nick Mosely that is quite refreshing . Hes helped us greatly through the whole process of the sale. We moved into our new house just yesterday and right up to completion he smoothed the way .It's definitely the people who make the difference when you are selling your home. This agent takes an interest in the buyers and the sellers . They don't lose people who show an interest in your home because thier attention to detail and interactions with potential buyers is genuine professional and caring . They helped our buyers throughout the sale, which also took the pressure away from us at what could have been a very stressful time . We would recommend this estate agent 100 per cent . They listened and understood us and genuinely wanted to help. They gave us the heads up on a private property they thought we'd like and lo and behold it was our dream house. Throughout the process they were fair and honest and helped us secure the sale in a fair manner. During the buying process they were in touch regularly and were always willing to show us round the house again. Afterwards we reflected on the company and their place in the estate agent marketplace. All in all they were the agents with the values we were drawn to. They are professional yet friendly, fair and kind. For us the ideal people to work with when you're navigating the stresses of buying a property.

Mosley-Jarman are heads and shoulders above other estate agents. They turn the old stereotypical adage of estate agents on it's head. Not only were they friendly and efficient but more importantly they were very knowledgeable and utterly professional throughout the whole property sale process. I spoke with six of the leading agents and then interviewed the best three of these. I found that Nick Mosley's in-depth knowledge and understanding of the overall property market to be far superior to any of the other agents. Nick and Lauren have a real passion for their job, in-fact to them it isn't just a job it's part of a lifestyle. We bought a house who sold via Mosley Jarman. Brought us round a few houses, very knowledgeable and amiable. Once we put in the offer Nick spent about 30 minutes on the phones giving me all sorts of advice on buying the new house. Nick regularly called and emailed to update us. He made sure the sale went through in time so that mortgage offers didn't go through. He kept us informed of the process and next steps, and reminded solicitors and mortgage advisors of next things needing to happen. Next time buying or selling in Wilmslow we will definitely do it with Mosley Jarman.

Hidden agency fees, additional charges and etc... Mosley Jarman, was so helpful, so organised and so open since from the beginning.
