GoogleWe recently purchased our first property with Mosely Jarman and had a great experience. From first viewing the property, through to completion, the team were very personable, easy to deal with and we had a great line of communication throughout. Markus was our main point of contact and helped make purchasing our first property a seamless process. We would hope to work with them again in the future and would recommend them to both buyers and sellers.

GoogleWe viewed an apartment in Poynton for our daughter that was being sold by Mosley Jarman. Melanie showed us around first time and was very helpful with prompt timekeeping. After that we made an offer and dealt with Neil Clubman. He arranged a second extended viewing where we were free to browse with no pressure or sales pitch. We then liased extensively with Neil to negotiate a good deal and move forward to exchange and completion. The process wasn't straight forward due to issues on our side with arranging a mortgage and Neil was invaluable in recommending a good local mortgage broker. Throughout the whole transaction, Neil and his team were excellent in communicating every step and chasing his vendor when necessary. Happily this meant the whole thing was less stressful than it would have been and i would happily recommend Mosley Jarman to others. I was lovely to deal with a local and highly professional agent who always had time to go above and beyond. A rare thing these days!

GoogleLauren, Nick, Mark and the whole team at Mosley Jarman are fantastic. They handled both the check out of tenants for a buy to let and subsequent sale of the property in a quick, efficient, professional manner. Lauren kept me updated throughout the sale and worked diligently with both sets of solicitors, myself and the buyer to ensure a smooth transaction. Overall delighted with the sale, they know the market inside out and you can trust their valuation. Nick is a brilliant 'hands-on' leader too. It took less than 12 weeks from going live on the market to completion. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, from my personal experience they are the best agent in Wilmslow and highly recommend!

GoogleA super, professional and friendly team. From the moment we met Nick, who valued our property, to the point we completed the sale we’ve been super-impressed. From the outset it was clear that Nick understood the local market and how best to market and sell it to attract interest in a difficult market. With Mosley Jarman we received 4 offers and accepted an offer which exceeded the asking price. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic, with a special mention to Fleur who was on the ball in helping liaise with ours, and the buyers solicitor, surveyors and the buyer. GoogleSale and purchase of houses We chose Mosley Jarman to both sell our house and purchase our new house. This was the best decision and really worked for us. Nick and his team were excellent throughout the process. They were competitively priced, listened to our requirements and concerns, communication was excellent and best of all they were there for us when we hit problems and helped enormously in navigating solutions.
