As a tenant, we have been consistently ignored around various outstanding issues including basics such as central heating/hot water. We have asked for an escalation point to find a solution and again, no response. Last resort having to post on Trust Pilot. Experience to date, awful.

GoogleI purchased a house from Jordan Halstead and wished I had used them for the sale of my house as well in hindsight. They were the most helpful people in the process and pro-actively chased both sides to help get the purchase over the line. They even stayed late on a Friday to handover the keys. Also recommended a good local solicitor.

GoogleThe team at Jordan and Halstead did an excellent job of helping me secure my first property. I worked mostly with Cameron who was professional, friendly and provided a great service ensuring that queries/items were translated between parties in a timely manner. Cameron did not hesitate to go out of his way to provide additional information and clarity to move the process along and enable completion as soon as it was possible. Overall I had a very positive experience and would recommend others to use Jordan and Halstead’s service.

Cameron Lukas worked relentlessly through a difficult sale to ensure that both parties received the best service . GoogleFirst time I've tried Jordan and Halstead and very happy with two properties tenants found within a week of going on the market. Excellent service from Cameron and Robert and especially from Katy who goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and you're kept in the loop. Particularly helpful advice , very experienced and professional. Would definitely use them again. Good value on fully managed option for landlords.
