Google10/10 to the agency. One of the Agents helped more than I could ask for in terms of finding our family a property to rent. Very happy with the service they provide and also the paperwork process when smoothly.

Dear Mrs Tabacaru, We are sorry you felt the need to leave a negative review. You are well aware why part of your deposit is not being returned to you if you see the last email sent from our team to you on 1/11/2019. You chose to end your tenancy after four months despite the tenancy being a 12 month tenancy with a six month break clause. You also damaged the cooker hob which needed to be replaced. All of the costs you are being charged are justified and part of the terms you agreed to when you signed the tenancy agreement. You have not responded to our emails or calls regarding this.
