GoogleI am very happy with the excellent service I have received from Regal Estates. They are very responsive, this is the case even on weekends when my tenants report a maintenance issue. Wonderful to deal with Sunil and the rest of the team. The Property Management team keep me thoroughly informed with issues and I have received a flawless service from them.

GoogleGreat service from the beggining of our process renting through them. Pritesh was very helpful, very friendly and guided us very smoothly through out the process. Management of the property is great too, quick and friendly. They actually come straight away, check and repair stuff. We have no complains. We are happy we came across Ragel Estates Agency when looking to rent a property.

GoogleMegan was so helpful in finding a property which was suitable for our preferences. The whole team supported me in questions I was unsure on with the application process and would always respond to an email efficiently and would always answer the phone if needed. I’ve been with a lot of Lettings in Canterbury this one was by far the most suitable for professionals and were overall so helpful.

GoogleI live in a house next to one that is owned / managed / developed by this company and encountered a number of issues during their refurbishment of their property including their contractors cutting our phone line and putting their feet through our roof. We were without internet over lockdown which was hugely difficult for two working parents. I am still awaiting compensation which has been promised to me by the managing director of this company but after chasing for over 5 months now, have received no feedback further confirming them to be unprofessional to say the least.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI’ve been with Regal Estates for almost 20 years. I can recommend them without hesitation - they’ve been brilliant for me. Not just finding good tenants, but dealing with maintenance issues and repairs quickly and always at a good price. They’ve just overseen a total refurbishment of one of my flats and managed every aspect of it. Finished on time and on budget - and zero stress for me! They’re nice people too. Always easy to get hold of and up to speed on what’s happening with my properties. A genuinely lovely company to deal with.

GoogleAfter confirming my appointment with Pritesh this morning I got to the viewing and was called to be told the keys had been taken by a contractor and asked if I want to view another property nearby. I was then passed to someone who said the property had actually been promised to someone else and was no longer available. Very unprofessional.
Dear Kieran, We apologies for your experience. Unfortunately due to unprecedented demand for rental properties we often have many offers and have to cancel viewings. In this instance the property had already had an offer and in addition to this a contractor had the keys to the property to do urgent works. I don't think this constitutes such a low review given that we do not control the lettings market.
