Worst Service from Peter. I’ve never experienced such horrible communication from an agent. It started when I wanted to view a property that was advertised by Ellis and co. He explained to me that he couldn’t access the property which I understood but asked if he could book me in for a viewing . I didn’t hear back for about a week and a half. I then got frustrated and called another branch where I was assured that I would be given a call back. When Peter intally called I received a very hostile voicemail but proceeded to book a viewing. When I wanted to put an offer in his college advised that I need to speak to peter as he was unaware about the process. Monday morning I called in keen to put an offer in, I will admit it was below the asking price. I then proceeded to chase Peter about my offer. He said he is dealing with the property and has no answer for me yet as he has not spoken about my offer to the landlord, and I should stop calling for updates. After a week of waiting I finally emailed him Where his response was that there was multiple offers and the landlord decided to go with another one. Not once did he call me for an increase or update me on the status. He also did not make me aware of exactly how many offers there were until I emailed. Lack of communication and a lot of unprofessional behaviour, I would avoid this agent completely.

- Poor service - Unprofessional behavior It’s been about 1 year since I entered the property and they did not fix the radiator in the toilet and they ignored us completely and this is absolutely unprofessional ,and when it comes to my room there was no heating at all the full winter season and this winter was one of the hardest and coldest winters in UK , I spoke to them and they treated me unprofessionally , I’m really disappointed that how come a big and well known company behaving like this with its customers and I had found out that they are franchise therefore DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY GUYS

This is the worst agency ever , we moved here back in September and didn’t realise how bad the conditions are. The flooring is terrible and we can here every footsteps which are extremely loud from upstairs and it wakes us up every night. The condition are terrible and there was asbestos in the Heating. We complained many times to the agency but they hardly responded or were helpful. I guess because they got their money. Would not recommend them ever.

The level of service and care I have received from Ellis and Co, and Peter Stinson their Principle, has been nothing short of exemplary. I have been very happy with everything from the initial visits to the suggested properties, to the assistance needed during my time with them, all the way through to the final dealings at the end of my tenancy. Their response time for problems was excellent, in many cases the issue was resolved the same day, any issues which needed landlord input were met quickly and efficiently, and all in all I am sad to leave their remit. If we move back into the area we will definitely and exclusively use their services again. Truly the best estate agents I have ever come across and if I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. The level of professionalism I have encountered was exceedingly high it is true, however it was always backed up with a friendly and reassuring demeanour from everyone I had dealings with, be it by email, on the phone or in person. I honestly cannot praise them enough and wish them all success in the future.

The agent was extremely helpful and made the whole process of selling my property very easy. The photos that were put online gave a very good image of the house. The agent in my opinion did everything a seller would need - from the open day to the handing over of the property. Fantastic people and fantastic service. My girlfriend and I used Ellis and Co to rent a flat in Willesden Green. They also managed it. It is a small outfit run by a husband and wife team who get involved in everything. They are also very straight talking so when you rent from them you know what the deal is. I.e. you get an inventory and check in report on the state of the flat when you move in, saves a lot of time and hassle. If we had a problem we knew who to contact and it was the same person we spoke to all the time so we didn't have to constantly explain the same problem a hundred times over. Unfortunately not with them anymore as the landlord wanted his flat back. Found a place with a large chain of estate agents up the road who are quite honestly appalling i.e. it has been a month after we moved in and we still don't have a signed copy of the contract, they didnt organise for an inventory to be done etc. Ellis and Co. in Willesden Green have shown us what good agents / management agents do and we miss them. They explain things clearly and react quickly to queries. It was a pleasure to rent through them.

Brilliant service, brilliant

Brilliant service, brilliant people. Small team so you always know who you are dealing with and they react quickly. We rented through them for a year and sadly had to move out when the landlord wanted his place back. We now rent through a large national lettings agent up the road who are appalling. With Ellis and Co. you know where you stand, the tenancy agreement is really simple to understand and when you have a problem you're dealing with a decision maker not a paper pusher. If you're moving to Willesden GReen you can't go far wrong with choosing Ellis and Co.

I am more than happy with the service provided by Damien and co. I would happily recommend them to anyone with confidence of their outstanding service. Both our property's were difficult to sell for many reasons, one being that they where both HMO's. However Damien and colleagues all ways went the extra mile! They were all ways quick to come back but never pushy. I all ways feel perfectly at ease, confident and safe with them. No point has been overlooked and I am all ways confident with the decisions I make with them. Their prices are more than fair, and I would indeed have been happy to pay more for their outstanding service. Damien and co have all ways been honest and upfront, and all ways pushed for the best for us as clients. I have dealt with other estate agents (big names) and all ways felt like they say anything to get their part of the sale. This is however not the case with Damien and co and I have all ways felt they want to do the best for you as a client. And I have never been bounced around the “middle men” constantly having to re-explain situations like I have had to do with every other company. Their down to earth and "real", plain talking,honest, and thorough and if more companies worked like this the world would be a better place.

An agent who actually seems to care! We're really happy with Damien Ellison (and Sam) at Ellis & Co and would recommend them to anyone. We instructed them to sell our property because having met them when we went to view a property they were selling we were really impressed with their approach. We've dealt with quite a few agents over the years including three of the “big” estate agents for NW2 and Ellis & Co are the only ones we don't feel like we're being bull****ted by! My Partner and I have just agreed a sale on our property through the Willesden Green office. When we decided that we wanted to move, we invited three agents round to value our flat, one of those being Ellis & Co. I found them to be very professional, honest and down to earth. They sat us down, and asked us what we wanted. What our expectations of an agent were, then they started to explain the service the provided. This really impressed me as I had never really thought about it from that angle before. I had always thought about the best valuation and the cheapest fee. During the valuation, we were told that we should expect offers within the first 4-6 weeks of being on the market. We were on the market for 18 days when we accepted the offer that we were happy with. I'm very impressed! It's still early days yet, but fingers crossed the sale goes through as smoothly as possible. I have used the Willesden Green office for over 10 years to manage my portfolio of rented properties and I can honestly say I couldn't exist without them. I have enjoyed having a massive amount of stress taken away by their profficient and professional management team. I seriously worry about nothing as my interests are always first and foremost, top rents achieved, void periods are kept to a minimum and maintenance issues dealt with quickly to ensure happy tenants and well looked after properties. One of the best decisions I have ever made. My partner and I have been tenants of a property managed by the Willesden branch of Ellis for almost 18 months and we have found their service to be excellent. Ellis are very speedy in providing repairs and answering questions and were more than happy to replace the lounge carpet when we renewed our lease. We waited a long time for a major window repair last winter, but that was the only time we have ever had to ask them twice for anything. Overall they are excellent managers who respond quickly to queries and go out of their way to help us. The lettings team were also far more friendly and communicative than any of the other lettings agents we dealt with when flathunting, which was another bonus.
