Hello, although you have not provided a name, we have looked at the two initials of your name and put two and two together. Unfortunately we don’t agree with your comments, although we appreciate you may be dissatisfied that you didn’t get the property you wanted, In this situation we had another buyer approach us with a higher offer, all parties were given the opportunity to put their best offer forward and In this case our client gave us instructions to accept the higher offer. Beercocks have to act in the best interest of the seller and we feel that we have done this and unfortunately in the property game, not everyone wins and if you miss out, there will always be other properties available. We would love to try and help you find another property and hope we can move forward from this. Fast, efficient and great communication

Fantastic, superior service

Overall very good experience

The only criticism is that when you are viewing a property the agent showing you around should be very knowledgeable. We nearly bought another property. Victoria at Beercocks saved the day by sending an email addressing our one concerns. That email clinched her a sale.
