From the first contact with Beercocks when they valued the house, to the point when the sale was completed, they were efficient and effective. Always willing to communicate ref: progress of the sale. Staff were friendly and reliable. They removed stress from the whole experience. I would certainly recommend them.

Made enquiry on line to book a valuation. They rang on Monday to try to make a suitable date, said they ring back. Heard nothing. Messaged on Friday afternoon. They rang back saying they texted me and emailed whilst on the phone my text and email arrived with a date I couldn’t do. Nothing else to say.

Arranged a valuation they valued the house 15k below the other companies, told them we are going to use someone else when we put the house up for sale, they consistently ring up bugging us even though we have said we are not selling the house with them.Avoid at all costs over priced and very unprofessional
