Made enquiry on line to book a valuation. They rang on Monday to try to make a suitable date, said they ring back. Heard nothing. Messaged on Friday afternoon. They rang back saying they texted me and emailed whilst on the phone my text and email arrived with a date I couldn’t do. Nothing else to say.

Arranged a valuation they valued the house 15k below the other companies, told them we are going to use someone else when we put the house up for sale, they consistently ring up bugging us even though we have said we are not selling the house with them.Avoid at all costs over priced and very unprofessional

GoogleAbsoultely awful customer services, rude and no professionalism. They use different tactics to trap you and keep you misinformed. I would suggest everyone to be super careful.
Hello, although you have not provided a name, we have looked at the two initials of your name and put two and two together. Unfortunately we don’t agree with your comments, although we appreciate you may be dissatisfied that you didn’t get the property you wanted, In this situation we had another buyer approach us with a higher offer, all parties were given the opportunity to put their best offer forward and In this case our client gave us instructions to accept the higher offer. Beercocks have to act in the best interest of the seller and we feel that we have done this and unfortunately in the property game, not everyone wins and if you miss out, there will always be other properties available. We would love to try and help you find another property and hope we can move forward from this.
