GoogleReally happy with the service Beercocks provided. Made the process of selling our home a breeze. Everyone we spoke to at Beercocks has been great however Josh Hancock has been amazing, keeping us up to date throughout the entire process. Josh is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and a credit to Beercocks.

GoogleI am very disappointed with the service provided by the estate agent valuer. During my interaction, the valuer seemed disinterested and failed to provide me with any relevant details or the price of their service. Additionally, I was surprised that they did not ask any questions about my property, which is crucial in delivering an accurate valuation. Furthermore, I found their attitude towards me to be condescending and disrespectful. This lack of professionalism and customer care is not acceptable. I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience and believe that the estate agent valuer's behaviour fell far below the standard I expected.

GoogleAfter a very negative experience trying to sell our house with an agent a few years ago, we could not be happier with Beercocks. They had a clear plan, communicated feedback quickly and sold our house. Can't ask for much more! We spoke to most in the Willerby office and all great to deal with and informed about our property and ongoings. This was a complete contrast to our previous experience with another agent that had left us anxious and pessimistic about selling. Thank you, Team Beercocks.
