I would like to say a massive thanks to everyone at Beercocks Willerby shop for all their assistance, support and kindness with buying our home. We had a bad situation near the end of our purchase due to losing our £40,000 deposit to scammers, but had a lot of support by many people especially Jade Wharam. Steven and Jordan came to value our house. Very friendly and provided us with overview of the market and a true valuation. Also took details of what type of property we wanted to buy. We put the property on the market and after that the service was brilliant. Nicky and Jordan kept us updated and arranged everything to suit us. The customer service from the start was outstanding in comparison to other local estate agents. From the viewing, to follow up calls, to the communication in general. Other agents seem pushy and uncaring, but Beercocks definitely stands out from the rest. Especially with the great advertising features such as home video tours.
