This was a sale of a property under an estate. We switched agents to Beeercocks as we were unhappy with how the previous agent had been handling the sale and the change was fully justified. Amy ketp us fully apprised at all times of viewings and offers and was always available to discuss pricing and any issues or concerns around the property and the sale. My fellow executors and I are very happy with the service we receieved and thank Amy and the team at Beercocks for the excellent service they provided.

I can highly recommend the Beercocks Willerby office. Starting from the initial meeting with Steve and then the fantastic follow up from Amy and Natalie. 5* Very professional service. Thank you so much! ☺️ We recently used Beercocks to sell a local property for a family member currently living abroad. Steve Beercock came to do the initial valuation as was exceptional, he was so knowledgable, friendly, professional and gave excellent advice. Steven produced a fantastic brochure with great photos and video footage, that we believe really helped with the sale of the house. The service from everyone was extremely professional and all the staff were helpful and pleasant at all times. We communicated regularly and dealt with Natalie, Amy and Josh to arrange viewings etc. Particular special mention to Belinda Dixon who has been outstanding throughout the whole process including very helpful advice, regular updates and discussions regarding sale and understanding of the situation with the vendor currently living abroad and ensuring he was also kept fully informed at all times.
