GoogleLeft me waiting 6 weeks for a response, told that everything was going well and then out of no where given a response that someone put an offer in a week before me and now can’t contact them to discuss a higher offer or another property. Wouldn’t recommend and certainly won’t waste my time anymore trying to use them.
Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are dealing with quite a difficult, unresponsive corporate client who is handling the sale of the property you were interested in and we were just as frustrated with the length of time it has taken to get a response. It simply is not true that you are unable to contact us. We have over 30 staff, available six days a week, contactable by telephone, email, our website and social media and we have a branch in virtually every local town. I understand that the offer that you made to our client had a condition that was unacceptable to them and therefore we are unable to help you in this instance.
