Skitts Lettings team have been my appointed agents for many years and have never failed me as a Landlord. Their management of my property has been consistently slick and seamless and their levels of customer service, for all parties, has always been outstanding. Whenever the property has been vacant, they have found new Tenants immediately. Whenever there has been a maintenance issue, they have alerted me immediately and arranged for their (reasonably priced) contractors to attend to the matter. They have dealt professionally with all matters relating to rent, deposits and literally everything! Over the years I couldn’t have wished for a better team of dedicated people to take care of me and my flat. Now I am about to sell the property, I will genuinely miss the interaction I’ve had with Clair, Amanda, Tracey and the rest of the team. Thank you all for making my life easier and for your commitment to delivering the best service a Landlord could ever imagine.

Spoke to Luke at their offices about viewing a property for sale, said he would arrange viewings and call back with date and times.... That was 4 weeks ago, haven't heard from them since... Dropped review to one star based on the lies in their response! Shocking... No times were given, we haven't heard back from Skitts!!

I rented with this agency for just over six months, always paying my rent on time (often early) and leaving the property in a good state when I moved out. …

A big thank you to everyone at Skitts, for making our move such a smooth transition. From viewing to paperwork to move in day, it has been an absolute pleasure. They always respond promptly to queries. I have no complaints at all. I'm sure the rest of the tenancy will be just as smooth. Thanks again.

The 1st person I want to commend is Alex. She made me feel at ease from the start. I had recently lost my mom and she took me through the steps. The whole team were amazing, courteous, and very sympathetic to my situation. The other person who stood out was Louise. She talked me through every single step right up to the end. I would recommend the willenhall team every time. Massive thanks to them all.

I've sold numerous buy to let properties through Skitts. They are very responsive and keep you up to date with viewings and feedback. Value for your money compared with other estate agents. They are also great at keeping you up to date during the conveyancing process. Would definitley recommend to anyone looking to sell.

I can’t give any star and fantastic feedback. I booked to see one house and go for that and skitts girl eve was there in the kitchen and talking with one man I tried to speak to her but this man didn’t go away from her and kept chatting bla bla. I requested her if she can speak to me five minutes but she didn’t. After I see that house and give offers and told them let me know if someone go higher up then i will give more money offer and she said ok call our office. I call skitts Willenhall and give the offer and details after they took all documents what they need and they said we will let you know on Monday 9th of January i keep asking but they never said anything after I call on 10th January and they said the owner of property accepts someone else’s offer sorry we can’t do anything i requested them i can give more money but she never listen the house was155churchill road Bentley Willenhall the asking price was£230000 and I give offers £232000 and 2nd £250000 but they never listen to me and i am not happy with all of it I tried to speak with branch manager but they never allow me. Is anyone can tell me what to do now it’s like they give the house to person who they want to give I think landlord didn’t aware about this offer is anyone can pass my message to owner i can pay £250000 to him for his house which is in Willenhall number 155 churchill road Bentley Willenhall
