⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Highly Recommend Skitts Estate Agents** We used Skitts for our recent house move and have to give special mention to Louise, she genuinely cannot do enough for you. Her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference throughout what turned out to be a very slow and stressful process. I’m not going to say the fees are cheap, but what you get in return is real peace of mind. They keep you updated, stay on top of every detail, and don’t just sit back waiting for things to happen, they actively get involved and help push the chain along when it stalls. Without Louise, I honestly don’t think we would have completed before Christmas. Her persistence, communication, and support were second to none. If you want an estate agent who actually cares and stays hands-on right until the end, Skitts, and especially Louise, are well worth it.

I had a fantastic experience with Dan and Jo at Skitts Estate Agents. They were both professional, approachable, and kept me updated throughout the process, which made everything feel smooth and transparent. Jo was particularly outstanding, her attention to detail and responsiveness really stood out, even while managing a heavy caseload. The only small thing I’d note is that another sales progressor might help balance the workload, as Jo clearly goes above and beyond. Overall, I couldn’t recommend them more!

Samie was an absolute dream, she didn’t rush us during the viewing even though we definitely overstayed our time limit but she not only made us feel at home (quite literally) but she got involved in helping us see the vision and what was possible in terms of renovation by talking us through all the features and piping etc in stud walls that she knew off. Thanks to Samie we were able to really get a feel for what is now our forever home. ☺️

Paul Keeling joined us on a viewing back in March & was amazing! The house we were viewing wasn't for us but Paul took the time to chat to us about what we were looking for & if we had already seen a house that we liked. We had seen a house that same day but was an irregular build, being first time buyers it's all new to us & the agent selling the irregular build was not at all helpful with the rules etc. of buying an irregular build. We chatted to Paul about this & he was very knowledgable about the whole thing & even offered to soeak to their in house mortgage advisor about it if we wanted to look into it more & our mortgage advisor didn't know much about irregular builds. We have viewed a lot of houses & met a lot of agents who have all been lovely but none have shown the knowledge & patience of Paul. Thank you Paul for being a super star!

I have just brought and sold through Skitts. My journey from start to finish has been a very long one, 18 months in total. All the staff I have dealt with throughout have been nothing but outstanding from Gary who came to take our house photos, to Sarah who managed our viewings, but the shinning star for me, who shines bright like a diamond and who deserves nothing but praise was my Sales Progressor Louise Pickering. Louise has fully supported me through, what I can only call a very bumpy and challenging roller-coaster, from 10 of us being in the chain (YES 10!!), to PPL's system failure outage and lots more going on in between. Louise always kept me informed every single step of the way for 18 months! and every time i asked for information she was on it! There were highs and lows and at my lowest Louise was solid as a rock and kept pushing me through. I can hand on heart say, if it wasn't for Louise i would have probably pulled out my sale and purchase way back. Louise has been absolutely amazing, anything i asked of she did and much much more! Her professionalism and communication skills were second to none! Cannot fault this lady in anyway! She is superwomen! Her response times were like the speed of lighting, so efficient! Always went above and beyond which i truly appreciated, she really cared and i felt i was not a customer but a friend. Even my buyer and seller went through Louise directly for updates due to zero comunication from their own agents! So a BIG THANKYOU to all of the staff at Skitts who helped me sell and purchase, but a very special heartfelt THANKYOU go's out to Louise Pickering. Louise if you are reading this, you really do deserve a medal for getting me over the finishing line :). You are a credit to Skitts and i can see how passionate you are about your job. Extremely helpful when I requested a RICS Surveyor to value my aunt's flat. I later asked Skitts to put the flat on the market and Paul attended the following day to take photos and measurements.
