GoogleCan't fault the service with Property Assist, it was great start to finish.
Very attentive at all stages of the process and contrary to preconceptions of estate agents I felt like I could truly trust Daryl :)
He was always at the end of the phone if I had any queries which made me at ease throughout.
I would have no hesitations recommending them to anyone looking for a property in the local area.

GoogleA fantastic experience working with Jamie. He was professional and always willing to help. Being first time buyers and having gone through 2 horrendous experiences with corporate companies and agents, we were reluctant to go ahead, however …

GoogleWe let a property from Property Assistant and are very happy with their services. The team was friendly and accommodating throughout the application/referencing process. After moving in, we had a small issue with our property and Julie could not have been more helpful in solving it. Thoroughly recommended.

Jack, many thanks for entrusting us and letting us represent you in the sale of your property. They were such lovely buyers that we found and with everyone aligned and great solicitors involved it was able to conclude super quick. (I think we handed over keys just over 60 days after agreeing the sale). All the best. Dan

GoogleDespite the fact that one of the owners is an old school friend, I have no doubt that the staff at Property Assistant Wokingham would treat anyone with the same care, patience and courtesy that they used with me. Efficient, they go the extra mile, act personally yet professionally. I confidently encourage anyone to connect with and use this company.

GoogleWell, PA UK deserve to win "estate agent of the year" or decade or something. Dan and Julie never lost their cool, persevered and went well and truly above the call of duty to bring home our sale. We are forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone in Berkshire looking to actually sell their home. Professional throughout and decent, honest actual people.

Alison, many thanks for your kinds words. As we both know only too well buying and selling homes in this country is a far from easy process, we strived to keep it simple, but clearly other parties had other ideas. Like you say perserverence was key for everyone and with some creative trouble shooting ideas it eventually paved the way to concluding the sales. Many thanks for your business, we both wish you and your family all the very best in your new home.
