I have sold and bought a number of properties through Home Property and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Jamie Skinner is a true professional and has been in the industry for many years. He is an excellent negotiator achieving maximum price for the sale of properties. I would not use any other estate agents except for Home Property services for any future sales or purchases.

GoogleHorrible service. Daniel, who was dealing with our viewing on Winton Road showed up late by 15 minutes. We then waited for the viewing before us to proceed. As we entered he seemed nonchalant to us, flipping through his phone with no acknowledgement of being late. We put in an offer just a few thousand below asking price, over the odds which was rejected due to another party being in a better position to proceed. The property was then reintroduced to the market, a few months later because as Daniel said 'the buyer couldnt sort out their finances'. We put down another offer, and were rejected again promptly. To summarise my dealings with this man is like dealing with a brick wall. Not the type of agent I would want dealing with my sale.
Mr Brar, Im sorry you felt that way with your experience of our company. We met you three times at this property and only once was I late, as we squeezed in a one off viewing for you one evening at short notice from memory. Thank you for your interest in the property and completing one of our 'Declaration of Offer' forms so we were able to submit your offer with full clarity of your position to our clients for them to make an informed decision on how to proceed. This property generated 59 viewings and multiple offers each time we listed it. Your 'over the odds' view on price fell short of what others were prepared to pay for it and also what the property Sold for. In conclusion we arranged multiple viewings for you, we carried out a thorough investigation of your position including talking with your selling agent and its just unfortunate that you were not in the best position nor prepared to pay what my clients were being offered from other candidates. GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Daniel and Daryl! They went the extra mile to ensure our house was marketed well to the kind of audience that would appreciate the type of property we were selling and got us a number of sensible offers in a fairly short period of time. Great communications throughout and a huge help when our sale was down valued by the surveyor to ensure we didn't lose our onward purchase. While we didn't buy through Daniel and Daryl it was their attention to detail and knowledge of the local market that ultimately introduced us the our new home and ensured a fairly pain free process. Huge thank you to you both!

We came to Property Assistant having been given disappointing service by previous agents and his advice, expertise and honesty have not only been a breath of fresh air, but also invaluable to us as a busy family in a fairly idiosyncratic older property. We found Daryl and Property Assistant to be thoroughly timely and reliable in all aspects of their business - easily contactable whatever our issue and always ready with a solution. We remain extremely grateful for his success in selling our property when others had failed to do so. With Daryl's help we have now secured the right new home for us and though we hope not to move again for quite a while, if and when we do, we will go back to Daryl and Property Assistant without a moment's hesitation. GoogleJulie and Daniel have been fantastic from the very first time I viewed the rental property, through to check out 2 years later. They took great care of everything during my tenancy, with excellent communication, prompt action, and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. I’d had a bad experience with agents before when renting, and was anxious about many things, but they are incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and friendly. A true breath of fresh air as Estate Agents, this really felt like a personal service, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleProperty Assistant came highly recommended by our friends who were selling their house. We engaged their services but had to put our selling on hold due to an offer through a high street estate agent which eventually fell through. Property Assistant then were able to continue marketing our property. We were blown away by the professional photography, so much better than the usual photo snaps taken by an estate agent salesman. Property Assistant quickly found us a buyer and helped throughout the process. From listing to completion only took three months. We were impressed from the start with Daniel, Julie and Daryl; friendly, supportive, diligent and very capable. A far more pleasant experience than our previous experience with 'pressure sales' type estate agents. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Property Assistant and they will be our preferred choice on the next occasion.
