PAUK set themselves apart from any other letting agent that I've dealt with. It's not just about the mechanical processes that are needed to be followed, all of which were done meticulously and efficiently, but it's more about striking up a relationship with who you're talking to and dealing with and I can emphatically attest to this being my experience with Rebecca. Right from the very first meeting something felt different, something felt personal and affable. That bred immediate confidence and has only endured and added to my positive experience throughout, so thank you. If I could give more stars in this rating, then I would. A truly wonderful service and company to deal with and Rebecca is an absolute credit to the ethos and goals of PAUK.

We recently worked with this estate agency as both buyers and sellers, and the experience was excellent on both sides of the chain. Communication was always prompt and open, and Jeremy, the sales progressor, was fantastic at keeping everything moving and making sure everyone stayed informed. As sellers, we were really impressed with the quality of their service. From the photography and viewings to navigating offers and giving clear, thoughtful advice throughout. Great service and amazing personnel! Rebecca and Julie were extremely tentative to all of our needs - they showed us only relevant properties and did not spam us with everything they had on offer. Within a span of 3 days we had viewed and signed all relevant documents, and were on track to close out the tenancy! Outstanding service from Richard at Miles Bryon. Initially I inquired about a property for sale and from the beginning Richard was very accommodating with viewing times and dates. The viewing experience was seamless Richard allowed us to walk around the property and take our time in each room. After the first viewing, I made an offer on the property. This was an easy process and after a few hours the offer was accepted. Throughout the whole buying process Richard has been very helpful with any questions raised about the property. Couldn’t recommend a better estate agent if you’re looking to buy or sell a property.

I have to confess that Dan and Julie were already friends, so Property Assistant were the obvious choice when we came to sell our property. Putting our friendship aside I like to give credit where it's due, and their service was faultless from start to finish. They gave honest and reliable advice all the way through the sale process, securing many viewings, and we were so glad they were on our side when we had to choose from multiple offers. They remained positive and focused, even when our first buyers pulled out, and saw the sale through to completion. It was also very reassuring having their colleague Jeremy on-side, constantly chasing the buyer's estate agent and solicitors to drive the sale through. AMAZING!!! The whole team just made it a walk in the park! As soon as it was on the market had a load of viewings, Our house had two offers put in on the first week! A huge thank you to Jamie, Gemma, John (x2) and Penny (plus everyone behind the scenes). We sold our home and brought another. This was an amazing personalised service of a small close knit team who really tailored our experience to work with us. We were out of the country for weeks on end yet they still communicated with us at times that suited our time zone (at our request). To letting in the home surveyor of our sold property whilst we were away. Alongside 24/7 7 days a week support via WhatsApp or email. This is just a few of the many things Home Property took in their stride and supported us with. We were so impressed with the knowledge they have over South Leicestershire and how no request was too much trouble. To helping us when we had sold with chasing solicitors and not allowing large pauses of our sale. They really went the extra mile to get us sold. Our experience of selling our property with Home Property Sales, thanks to the excellent professionalism and kindness of Penny Barnwell-Thornton, has been fantastic. From the first appointment for the accurate evaluation of our property, through the day of the photos for the sale advertment, up to the viewings organized and conducted by her and John, up to the offers management. Our sale fell through twice and Penny reacted very quickly on both occasions. The second time that the sale fell through, Penny reaction was fantastic and immediate, as she was able to contact the person who has been overbids just a couple a week earlier by the buyer who actually withdrew her offer, and in a few days book another view for this person, and make the sale happening with this new buyer. It was an educational, stimulating and exciting journey. Penny is always there and ready to answer any questions or concerns that may come to your mind. And thanks to her indisputable experience, honesty and extremely clear communication skills, she made our sales experience really easy even if, as I said, it fell through two times. After the property was sstc, Penny continued to be available for information regarding the process of finding and purchasing our "new" property, and acted as glue in between all parts of the sell and purchase process up to the day of completion. From start to finish, I can only describe the service we received from Jamie and the Home team as exceptional. During what turned out to be six months of arduous attempted house purchase, Jamie was there at every step. Nothing was too much. His advice and guidance saved our house sale and kept our chain alive on several occasions. The most impressive bit was the personal touch. At no point did it feel like you were dealing with a company, it felt more like you were dealing with an old friend, that happened to be an expert in buying and selling houses! We have just sold our property through Property Assistant. They had the property we were interested in, listed with them so we decided to list ours with PA also. The first property fell through but we decided to stay listed whilst finding another property. It was a lengthy purchase and property assistant found us two buyers during this time. Throughout the process Property Assistant arranged viewings in an organised manner and provided feedback on the 'street' app. Liz was very approachable and friendly. They are a very organised company with Daniel attending all the viewings punctually and personally. He became very knowledgable with the property which assisted potential buyers with any questions. From the excellent marketing to the easy and flexible contract, Home Properties were perfect from the beginning. They turned up on time, did all my viewings. We first met John Hodges from Home Properties when we went to purchase our current property. This was followed by few more visits to the property as we wanted ensure the accessibility of the property. We were shown around by John and John Snr. They were both professional and and willing to provide any additional information we needed. They also helped achieve our desired completion dates. We were very pleased with the service provided for the purchase and instructed them again to sell our previous property. The process was long as the property market was not favourable. We were advised on various things to do to increase the chances of sale.
