Fantastic team, professional helpful and efficient

We first met John Hodges from Home Properties when we went to purchase our current property. This was followed by few more visits to the property as we wanted ensure the accessibility of the property. We were shown around by John and John Snr. They were both professional and and willing to provide any additional information we needed. They also helped achieve our desired completion dates. We were very pleased with the service provided for the purchase and instructed them to sell our previous property. The process was long as the property market was not favourable. We were advised on various things to do to increase the chances of sale. John and John Snr were very helpful pre SSTC and Jenny Barnwell -Thornton helped us through to completion resolving issues as they arose. I was very impressed with the Home Properties sale team and would recommend the full team from (Reception/Admin) to John, John Senior, Penny and Jeremy through the buying and selling process I would thoroughly recommend the Services provided by The Home Property Sale without hesitation

Our experience with this letting agency was extremely disappointing. After our application was accepted and the holding deposit paid, we were told we had to move in the day after the previous tenants moved out and accept the property in whatever condition it was left in. When we asked for the lease agreement so we could give proper notice to our current landlord, they falsely claimed they couldn’t issue it more than three weeks in advance but still advised us to give notice anyway. The following week, they changed the proposed move-in date to sometime in early January without giving a firm date and remained vague about the situation throughout. Two weeks passed with no contract and no confirmed move-in date, so we informed them we were keeping the application open but reserved the right to withdraw and receive a refund if needed. We also clarified that we would not accept the property in whatever condition it was left in. Despite these reasonable and entirely standard requests, the agency abruptly withdrew our application. Altogether, the process felt disorganised, misleading, and highly stressful. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.

After a separation our property was on the market since covid and we had been through 4 agents! All the agents sold the false promises to us yet no sale on the property. Then Jamie comes along and told me to manifest this sale and OMG as soon as it was on the market with Home propert we were getting offers. We accepted and the property is sold! The correspondence between the property agents and our solicitors was amazing and we are so grateful for all the work the team put into it! A Huge thank you!!!

This estate agents must be the worst in Lincoln by far, extremely unprofessional, not transparent and do not understand how to hold people accountable. They all need training including their managers as it’s a shambles dealing with them and from hear on out I will make sure they’re never recommended. I’ve just used Richard to sell my rental property and he was excellent. From the initial meeting where he respectfully appraised the property and proposed the price, right through to completion day, when he handed the property over to the new buyer. He managed to find the right buyer and everything went through smoothly first time. Communication throughout was great using WhatsApp and because we were away travelling he handled everything locally for me, which was one less thing to worry about.

After trying to sell our property the previous year with another local estate agent, we were very impressed with the fresh approach that Property Assistant offered. Being so local to Woosehill was a big positive as they knew the area so well. After selling our property very quickly, Daniel and Julie offered huge support through the whole process. Unfortunately we had some complications at the bottom of the chain and Julie provided daily updates and dealt with some difficult issues with the upmost professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were so happy when it all came together. I cannot recommend Property Assistant enough and would not hesitate to use them again - not that we ever plan on moving now we have our new home!
