This is the first time my wife and I have moved home after being in the same house for 30 years so was very worried after all the bad reviews of estate agents in general. Jamie and his family made everything easy with constant help and advice from start to finish. I would highly recommend home property to sell your house. Got me a great price aswell. 5 star service from a 5 star family business. If we ever move again Jamie will be the fist person we call.

I hope others trying to sell their property will not do the same mistake as I did and go for another estate agent simply because they are well-known. After two unsuccessful attempts to sell my house with another agent, I had enough and decided to give Daniel and team a try. They really mean it when they say they are a family business. Instead of the usual corporate fluff that I got from others, they were there when I had questions, when I was worried and Dan kept calling everyone to ensure the sale gets completed. They really provided an excellent service which after my previous experience I could not take for granted. Even if the sale hadn't gone through, I would have said with certainty that it was not because of lack of trying or hard work. Thank you Dan!

I have to start off by saying thank you, Julie and Daniel. What a great business ethos you and your company have. I am an ex estate agent of 8 years in Wokingham from about 15 years ago, so I thought I knew what to expect. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with these guys. I am now living out of the UK so selling a property due to probate was not an easy task. Daniel and Julie made everything as smooth as possible for me. Even lending the house some of their own furnishings for the photos and viewings so it looked nice in the pictures and for the viewers. They made sure the house was ready for viewings and had its best chance to sell looking the best it could. They managed to get two offers of over what we were expecting on the house in just a couple of weeks. The sales progression of the process was completely smooth sailing too. Chasing the buyer and the solicitors for us, but most importantly chasing me to gently give me the nudge to get the paperwork back. Then also arranging the house clearance for me Very different to how estate agents were when I worked in Wokingham and previous agents I have dealt with on other properties. Not pushy, just informative. Thank you again Julie and Daniel. I highly recommend anyone to use your company and wish you all the success possible. All the best to you Ben

Wasted my time for two weeks for a property, did not let me know about the outcome even after many calls telling me more than once "the colleague working on this is out at the moment". If I wouldn't have found another property to move in I would have been homeless, I understand the market it's competitive but some transparency would be appreciated.

Express sale!

After a separation our property was on the market since covid and we had been through 4 agents! All the agents sold the false promises to us yet no sale on the property. Then Jamie comes along and told me to manifest this sale and OMG as soon as it was on the market with Home property we were getting offers. We accepted and the property is sold! Very impressed with the service received from this friendly and professional family-run estate agent. From the (realistic) valuation through to completion, they provided us with sound advice and kept in touch throughout the process. Property details were beautifully presented and showed our house in the best possible light and 20+ viewings in the first couple of weeks resulted in a fairly quick sale. They also pointed us in the direction of our new house, despite the fact thay they weren't involved in marketing it, which demonstrated to us their focus on helping us to find what suited us best, rather than trying to push us into properties that we weren't interested in. I recently sold my property in Wokingham to move country. It was not an easy decision as i had to weigh the pros n cons of sell vs rent etc. Dan and Julie were very patient and shared their extensive knowledge on both subjects. They took the time to explain the process for renting as well as selling without putting any pressure either way. Once I took my decision they were there to help me get he property on the market, and inviting appropriate investors/buyers. Buying a house is said to be one of the most stressful things you can do. While this is certainly true, having a team like Property Assistants can make all the difference. They were the agent for the house we were buying and the support with chasing others in the chain, unresponsive solicitors, suggestions for what we could do to keep the chain intact and general advice (not to mention 'talking us down' when we needed it!) was second to none. I would specifically like to call out Liz who was out absolute champion for us and helped us feel a lot less alone when there are lots of unknowns. Thank you, team!
