Heaton Group reviews

Dear Oliver, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had a negative experience, but we’re unsure why a 1-star rating was given as we have not received any prior communication from you about your concerns. We reached out for more information via Trustpilot’s “request information” feature and received your details, but we have been unable to locate these details in our database. It’s possible you may have purchased through a third party or could be a tenant at the property? Please email us at complaints@heatongroup.co.uk with the following information to help us investigate further: 1. Confirm whether you are a homebuyer or a tenant at Urban Green. 2. If applicable, the third-party agent or agency you used to begin your tenancy. 3. The name of your contact at The Heaton Group or agent. 4. Legal conveyancer details, if relevant. We genuinely hope to resolve any real concerns you may have. Kind regards, The Heaton Group

Dear JC, Thank you for your review. We’re surprised to see a 1-star rating without any specific feedback. At The Heaton Group, we are committed to delivering high-quality developments and exceptional service. Unfortunately, we couldn't find anyone with the name "JC" in our sales database. Please contact us directly at sales@heatongroup.co.uk so we can better understand your concerns and address any issues. Best regards, Heaton Group

Hi Monica, considering we don't work with you, haven't worked with you previously and you're not an investor in any of our properties, we weren't able to communicate with you as you were unavailable when our Sales Director called you - we're a little bit confused as to the nature of the 1 star review?
