FacebookJust completed my purchase and the sellers where using belvoir as their agent. I’ve dealt with them a few times myself with my business and I can’t fault them. Kath was always on hand to answer any queries and they are always proactive. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for everything you did to get our purchase over the line.

GoogleGreat and friendly staff. Easy process from arranging a viewing to picking up the keys. Wish they informed us about newly replaced gas and electricity meters, that caused a few issues moving in, but overall happy with the experience

They made us feel very safe throughout the entire purchase process, especially for first time buyers.

GoogleInitially put house up for sale through the wigan office then somehow ended up under the st helens office. Wigan office amazing, st helens office absolutely pants!!! Email after Email sent to case worker during selling process with no replies or replies back to you in about a weeks time. Ring office to speak to case worker and continually get told she's working from home we can send an email with your enquiry to which you get no reply!!! Rude staff on the phone staff had attitude. Felt like they are not interested in you as a person only out for your money. Made the whole experience stressful. Would I recommend.??? Absolutely Not. Nor would I use them again. My advice is go elsewhere.

Direct reviewsMy experience with Belvoir was amazing! Camilla was very efficient and quick to reply to emails. When looking for a house to rent the most important thing is to be able to move in as soon as possible. Most agencies take ages to get tenants to move in. We have been moving from one bnb to another waiting to get our keys so when we have our options down to two properties to rent its the quickest agent that wins

GoogleI was with Belvoir for 7 years as a tenant. If I need to use an agent again Belvoir Wigan will be right at the top of the list. Extremely professional in dealing with any matter regarding the customer, landlord or property. I have dealt with most of the team in my time in the property and were all very accomodating in their dealings. I always contacted Caroline if I needed to speak to anybody as she set me up in the property and her approach to her work should be the benchmark for any Belvoir employee across the board as her dedication to the customer always comes first, very pleasant to deal with and always gets back to you readily. I am currently looking for another property and if it came down to a choice Belvoir Wigan is the one to side with.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
