The sellers remained in the house after we had been given the keys and didn't seem to have an understanding of the process or a need to hurry up which could be a lack of information given or could just be the sellers themself but apart from that the support provided has been really positive. Would recommend.

GoogleI used Belvoir to sell my house recently, I previously worked with Alison at another estate agents and was very confident that she could get me the price I needed. Emma and Alison have also sold/helped with the purchase of houses I bought and sold in the past.
The valuation and sales approach was great, Alison’s valuation was better than what I was expecting and Emma’s negotiation skills during the offer stage secured a sale of more than I could have hoped for. The first sale did fall through after a few weeks but that was no fault of the estate
agents but a change of area from the buyers. However, within a week I had a full weekend of viewers and multiple offers from buyers for the second time!
Throughout the whole process I was informed of all updates, everyone I spoke to very very helpful and friendly and gave great advice.
It was an overall great experience, from a great team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

My first point of contact via phone was with Alex and Ellie who are a credit to BELVOIR WIGAN from start to finish they have delivered an exceptional customer experience I will never forget. They are both very pleasant and knowledgable with years of experience, there’s nothing they don’t know about lettings!
Alex was amazing whilst fully managing my property, any queries or any requests from tenants would go directly through her and she would fully manage.. from arranging viewings and attending viewings, requesting quotes for jobs to arranging works to be carried out to going out to my property to check on it!
Alex and Ellie’s communication and administrative skills were excellent whilst delivering exceptional customer service, they have truly gone above and beyond for me!
I went onto meet Camilla head off lettings who was truly amazing, she answered all my questions, she explained the whole Rental process from start to finish, she was such a wisdom off knowledge and holds years off experience, she was also very transparent and realistic with regards to achieving the best rental price for my property.

Katherine on the sales team was very helpful and friendly throughout the purchase and kept me updated regularly throughout, no question or problem was too much for her
Alex and Camilla on the lettings team were very thorough and professional and responded usually within an hour to every query or maintenance request we had, they did regular inspections to ensure the property was well maintained and there were no issues that needed to be addressed by the landlord
If I were to ever sell or rent out my house again I would definitely go through Belvoir Wigan, they made both renting and buying a house very easy and pleasant despite it usually being a very stressful experience
